My original 2000 word rant was too long. Horrible CSR's, $75 ramp fees if you do not meet minimum fuel (had to argue that our Navajo was NOT a turbo-prop), fuel prices that bump Teterboro, "24 Hour Full Service" but no ice and no crew cars after 9pm, Nikki-the only good CSR is now gone. Overpriced maintenance. Myself and our 8 business aircraft fleet will be at Aero Service.

Not real impressed- I bought fuel on a Friday, returned Sunday to just drop someone off. I parked without the services of a lineman but was told I owed $15 for a service fee. When I pointed out that I had bought fuel 48 hours earlier, was just dropping off somebody, not using a courtesy car or even eating any popcorn, and the services had been non-existent, the girl just shrugged her shoulders. Since Signature Savannah waived their fee in exactly the same situation, I was hoping that the desk had the same authority. $15 is not that much, but more than they deserved, but I really expect more than a shrug of the shoulders. I will be checking out other options.

Tied down over the Easter Holiday. Always very courteous and helpful. Fuel was extremely reasonable.

Arrived at Air Wilmington 03/16/08 to drop off my daughter to visit my aunt. I did not request or need any services but was told there would be a $75.00 service fee (Cessna 310) if I did not buy 75 gal of fuel. I could only take 30 gal (1:10 trip) so they did waive the fee with a top off. If these charges become the norm, I may have to hang up my headset. Staff members were all nice and professional.

Flew in on Sep 21, left on Sep 23. Top notch FBO, line personnel were very knowledgeable and friendly. The building is clean inside, and the ceiling fan is truly something everyone should see.

Flew in this past weekend. Have used Air Wilmington a few times. Very nice inside. The self serve pump was having problems, and they agreed to give me the full service fuel for the self service price. Will continue to visit.

Air Wilmington - an excellent FBO. My wife and I flew our Comanche over to Wilmington for the long weekend and couldn't have had a better start. Outstanding, polite service from everyone involved. The line guys were excellent; they even took care of our rental car return for us. The office staff was incredibly polite and efficient. Someone even went over to the main airport building to bring our car over for us. Our fuel request was handled prior to our arrival, the plane was up front, chocked and ready to go. What's not to like? They've earned my return business.

Can't say enough great things about the folks at Air Wilmington. Flew in on the 13th of September during heavy rainstorm. Line crew was great and staff ferried us over to the main terminal to get some food at the restaurant there. Line service fueled us and charged us the SS price!!! We'll be back soon to this fine facility.

Very nice FBO. Line service was prompt. Stayed 2 nights and plane was fueled ready and waiting. Will be back.

Air Wilmington was excellent on our recent visit to Carolina Beach. The line & desk staff were very helpful, professional and polite. The facilities are well appointed and equipped. You have to checkout the giant ceiling fan in the waiting area.

Very professional and courteous line staff. They were prompt and helpful with everything. Topped up to the tabs as requested. They assisted with baggage & pax. The FBO is well appointed and equipped. You have to see the giant ceiling fan for yourself. The desk personnel were no different from the line staff, polite, helpful and professional. A special thanks to David on the line who was particularly helpful.

April 4, 2007 Called ahead to advise of arrival and notify FBO of the needs of my passengers and myself. Line personnel were exceptional on my arrival to their ramp. Customer service ladies (Candice, and Rachel) were very professional and courteous in arranging rental cars for my passengers at the counter and return there. They were very helpful in providing me with a workroom to meet my clients. Overall a very professional run operation and a pleasure to do business with. I look forward to doing business with them in the future, since they treat the small aircraft operator the same as the big iron operator. Our company operates two aircraft in and out of Wilmington five days per week.

Building is very nice and crew car provided for the short trip to restaurants nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Stopped in over Christmas. The new FBO is BEAUTIFUL and the service was fantastic. I called ahead to ask for a tie down due to the anticipated storm and was taken care of 100%. Looking forward to my next trip down in a few weeks.
