Good service, although the fuel prices are pretty steep. The line workers were VERY cheerful and friendly - eager to help, which is very nice to see at an FBO. Seemed to be a pretty decent operation from my limited stay.

Arrived in IFR weather needing some fuel. Met at the ramp by linemen who followed fuel instructions as requested. $25 to access "pilot Lounge" (not worth it) where computers with Internet access were however a computer with wx-only is free of charge. Friendly staff. No other fees for a GA Piper Archer.

Simply amazing. The BEST cookies ever. Friendly service.. Great Courtesy cars...Especially the new H3. Parked for 2 nights and only needed 10 gal. Of fuel...No problem...Wasn't charged any extra for the 2 night stay over. Thanks to all.

Landed at IND this week in my Mooney. Found my fuelcap gasket was leaking. Sharon at Hawker located a replacement for me and gave it to me for free. Hawker gets my vote for outstanding service!

Great service, considering all the other aircraft there for the Formula 1 race. Wouldn't waive the $30.00 landing fee though, ouch. Car was there and ready, plane was fueled and ready, staff was polite, I'll be back.

Behind the counter staff wasn't too friendly on departure and they over filled my inner tank NOT as per my instructions. Will go to the other guys next time...

Nice enough facility and ok overall service (good from the line personnel), but after spending $1000+ on jet fuel, I was very discouraged by the unfriendly attitude of the girl behind the desk. Is it really such an issue for me to print a one page flight plan? Is it my job to get the printer in the pilot lounge working? Also, was billed for a hangar which I had not requested (I was going to advise them, and they towed me in anyway) but that was corrected.

Excellent service. Even reserved me a courtesy car when I called ahead to go to the speedway museum. Smell of warm cookies in the office and a fueled airplane when I returned. Handled like I was a corporate pilot not an arrow pilot. I'll come back.

Flew to IND in a Piper Warrior and stopped at Raytheon. Excellent service. Greeted by two linemen that helped me park and push back my little airplane. I had called ahead for a courtesy car. The girl at the counter gave me a brand new 2005 Ford Freestar. They refueled our plane while we had dinner. Highly satisfied.

I have been a customer at Raytheon since 1999, unfortunately the service has decreased since that time. The last few times I arrived only to find my own parking space and chock the plane myself. I guess the $25 ramp fee does not include that level of service.
