I am in Orlando several times a year and always use KAZ. Extremely friendly service. Rental car is always brought to the plane and help unloading provided. They have never failed on special requests (plane wash, special rental car, etc). Great fuel price. Others on the field may be less per gallon, but total bill may be more expensive due to additional fees.

Recently chose KAZ Aviation when we flew in for a 3-day stay. The service was truly outstanding! Jean Pierre (manager) and a lineman met us at the plane with our rental car and could not have been more accommodating. You will not regret choosing KAZ if you fly into KISM.

Kept plane there for a week while family did Disney - very nice people and very good service. It does not usually work out this way, but we were able to get an Enterprise Rental car at KAZ for cheaper than our friends got one at Orlando International. We'll use KAZ again.

July 15 through 17, 2008 Forced to land because of weather. Met by lineman at the plane..great service...water, coffee, free use of crew car for lunch...awesome ladies behind the counter, and manager Jean-Pierre all greeted me when I came in from the ramp. Needed to stay overnight..free transportation to hotel, reservations made...Jean-Pierre (the Boss) picked me up the next day. Rented a car at very low rates...plane was weathered in for two days....no charge. No fuel purchase. I am a single engine pilot...could not have been treated better if I was flying a Lear or Gulfstream. These are great people to deal with. I highly recommend KAZ. Thank you very much.

Great Service from Jean Pierre and his group. This will be my FBO of choice when visiting ISM. They really make you feel at home, and for once the line guys are not lazy. Small FBO with a great attitude.

Great experience. We flew from SAT and had notified them in advance of our arrival. They had our taxi waiting on the ramp when we arrived and the driver already had directions to our destination. On departing the plane was fueled and ready on time. Great service, not sure Signature could have done any better. We will be back.

Landed at ISM and pulled into KAZ Aviation. Both the airport controllers and KAZ staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's been a long time since a tower operator welcomed us to a airport or city, nice touch. The KAZ folks could not have been better there with our car and helped with tie down and bags. Plane was ready when we were set to leave as promised and the bill was more than reasonable. All in all a pleasant experience and would recommend it highly.

What a great FBO. Rental car brought to plane as soon as shut down. No tie down fee or other fees with purchase of fuel, which was very reasonable. Line personnel were fantastic in helping with bag. Counter reps were very friendly. JP manager was very friendly and helpful. One of the best experiences at FBO. Will be back to KAZ next time in Orlando area.

I have used into KAZ twice over the last couple of months. Both times I flew into KISM I was flying a DA40. Upon taxing to the ramp, I was met both times by lineman who was waiting for me. On the second arrival, J.P. the station manager came out to greet me personally. On my first visit, I had a crew car available for my use. I would say that KAZ excels at customer service and satisfaction. They will attempt to accommodate any (reasonable) request that you have. In the subject area of fuel prices, they lay in the middle ground. They aren't the most expensive on the field, but also not the cheapest. But where they are slightly more in fuel prices, you will get your money return if excellent service and no ramp fees (with a fuel purchase-even 2 gal). KAZ is a new FBO at KISM (or at least under new ownership) and are trying to recruit new clients. With the service that they have provided to me in the past, I will continue to use them in the future.

The staff is helpful and professional. Stopped at KAZ in 02/08 and returned on 04/15/08 and both times they helped me w/rental cars and hotels and even provided me a ride. Will visit again. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Great service!! Left the plane there for several days to visit Sun n Fun and Disney; everyone at KAZ was very friendly and helpful, and no ramp fee. (We did buy fuel but not sure if it was required.) Rental car pulled up to the plane, and cold drinks were provided! Planning to use KAZ for all future trips to KISM.

Excellent Service! We flew our King Air 90 into KISM for Sun-n-Fun. Jean-Pierre, the general manager was waiting for us with our rental car when we opened the aircraft door. Every one of the staff went out of their way to help with the little details. All the arrangements were perfect, including some last minute hotel changes. They even waived our overnight fees with our fuel purchase. This is some of the best service I've seen from an FBO and I would highly recommend Kaz to anyone. Next time we are back at KISM we will be at Kaz.

A great place that really goes the extra mile! We are basing with KAZ for a few days, and the line service is excellent, the rental car was pulled up and ready to go, and Tony set up accommodations even last minute and during spring break! KAZ has made us feel very comfortable, and the service is much more personable than at the bigger chain FBOs, plus the fuel is cheaper. I will stop in any time I am in the area.

Our Midsize jet went in last week for a quick turn. Tony at the FBO had talked with us several times prior to arrival to make sure everything was in line when we got there. Everything was flawless. Best customer service in the Nation. Fuel prices great too.

Outstanding service, ready to help out, and open late. They were very accommodating with rental, fueling plane, and helping with preflight. I will definitely use them again on my visit to Orlando and the parks. Thanks KAZ.

Go see Tony the manager at KAZ and he will treat you right -Tony gave us top-notch service with true southern hospitality. Flew in on a very busy night (Valentine's night which was also the weekend of Daytona 500); nevertheless, at 7:30 pm a friendly lineman directed our little Skyhawk to parking and pulled the crew car up to the plane for unloading. They dropped us off at our hotel. Upon returning 4 days later, plane was topped off as requested. We had to stay an extra night to avoid weather, so Tony had the FBO get us a room near the airport at their special rate. He also gave us the crew car for an extended period of time and refused to take my $20 offer for gas (we put fuel in anyway for him). Also, we wanted to depart at 6 am but FBO doesn't open routinely till 7 am, so Tony called one of his linemen in an hour early for us at no charge. We fly a Skyhawk but were treated like we owned a Jet. Thanks, Tony!

Considered other FBO's, but KAZ earned our business. Very responsive to our pre-arrival questions. Upon landing, lineman met us with Enterprise rental, helped load it, and provided cold drinks. Within 15 minutes of arrival, we were driving to the hotel. Good facilities & they're upgrading them. Hospitality & customer service top notch. Competitive pricing and close to runway 15 & Hwy 192. KISM & Orlando controllers are a class act too. KISM and KAZ will be our home for Orlando future trips. Thanks KAZ for making us feel valuable!

We were pleasantly surprised at KAZ Aviation. We called ahead and the lineman had a rental car waiting right beside our Archer. He then helped us unload our 2 year old and our luggage into the car. It was great to have someone help. Then when we went inside, the woman at the desk was also very courteous and helpful, providing us directions to our destination. She even managed to give our daughter a stuffed animal. The fuel price was competitive because they were no tie down fees, unlike the other FBO. I would strongly recommend KAZ Aviation for anyone visiting Orlando. Also when we returned to our Archer the lineman again helped us load everything back into the plane which was topped off and ready to go when we got there--a thoroughly pleasant experience. When you're flying to a new place it's always nice to have one less thing to worry about and when you fly to Orlando, using KAZ Aviation will help you relax.
