Stopped here yesterday for lunch, our second visit in three years. They loaned us their van for our group of 10 to go into town for lunch at the VFW (nice lodge with a good dining room). Some of our group's seven planes took on fuel here. Seems like a nice little airport in a nice farming community.

Stopped for fuel, not a sole around but the air-conditioned office and restrooms were accessible as was Internet and a car with the keys inside was parked on the ramp. Great no frills fuel stop.

I stopped in to refuel my TBM 700 yesterday and discovered that this is a great fuel stop. Prices are great, the airport is in good shape and the folks come out to see if you need help at the fuel pumps. Highly recommended!

Great service. This was my third time here. Fuel prices are the best around. The staff is very friendly and go out of the way to help. Thanks

This seems to be another airport failing and trying to make every cent they can from people who are stuck. I've been going here for 5 years but now all they seem concerned with is money. Our heater hose failed and I asked if they had some tubing and if I could pull it in the hangar to replace it. Hesitant at first they agreed and found me some used tubing. I was very thankful, purchasing fuel I didn't need, until seeing the bill; $45 for one night's hangar rent, $20 for the tube, and here's the zinger $60 labor when all they did was tow my airplane in and out; I fixed the hose! They told me it costs them $50 just to open the door for heat! Other items of note are they've removed the tie downs on the ramp and despite the snow falling the day before they were unable to plow the runway beyond the first layer leaving a packed snow surface. I asked if I could plug in an engine heater and he said he would charge me for the electricity. OK place to go but there is much better close by.
Response from Mark Hutton, Manager, A&M Aviation at Burlington Just want to clarify what Mr. Towey said. First off my service is better than most as you can see from the other entries. Here is the bottom line, Mr. Towey is flying an unworthy aircraft and wanted to perform his own maintenance in my 100x100 hangar (which I heat and pay insurance on) and I called him on it and he did not like it. I guess he does not understand business. And yes there was snow that I was plowing when I stopped to help him with his airplane. This is Colorado. There are 19 tie-downs on the ramp. (Not hard to find either) Stop in and see for yourself how things are here.

Excellent service! They met us outside with the rental cars warmed up. Their fuel truck is down for paint but should be up any day now. They have wireless internet and a crew car to run into town for some good food. Would recommend the VFW on Rose St. for breakfast. Fuel is cheap.... Overall, great place to stop for fuel and service.

Aug 26, 2007 Nice fellow met us at the pump, the runway had just been repaved and painted, and wasn't officially "open", but everything was fine. Good fuel stop.
