Stopped for fuel Aug 1/09. Very helpful for dispensing fuel, good price and friendly. Hotdogs and hamburgers even cooked up for us. Doesn't get a lot better.

A good overnight stop. They got us a hotel room for $50/night, and we took the courtesy car for a tour around Jamestown. Very interesting museum with artifacts from the history of the county.

We at the US Army Corps of Engineers want to thank Jon and his staff for all of the support that they have extended to us during the last few weeks. We have made numerous trips up there during the flooding, and Jon and staff have always made us feel at home, with the use of the courtesy car, discount meal coupons, and the comfortable new pilots lounge. The pizza's are also out of this world! Kudos from the pilots of the Corps.

We had the opportunity to spend the day in Jamestown this week. What a great operation! All of the comforts a crew could ever need or ask for. The name of the FBO is fitting. The owner Jon has a great feel for customer service and will make your visit comfortable.

The hands down nicest FBO I have encountered in my 28 years of flying. We were treated like family. Great facilities and people. A must stop place on your way across the country.

Recently I stopped at 1st Class Aviation with a maintenance issue on my aircraft. 1st Class Aviation went above and beyond to accommodate my passengers and I. In addition to promptly repairing the aircraft the staff went above and beyond by staying late to assist in fueling, de-icing, and taking care of our passenger needs. Only in the mid-west will the owner of the FBO come from home and stay late to ensure the customer is taken care of! Additionally, I was very impressed with their facilities. Completely remodeled and very comfortable I would rate 1st Class Aviation as one of the top 3 FBO's in North Dakota. And, if you are craving Pizza Corner pizza their fridge is always stocked so you can even serve yourself after hours. All and all for facilities and service the name "1st Class Aviation" is very fitting.

6-14-08 Stopped in on my way to Canada. They stayed late to help me out, was able to get in ahead of the storms; they put my plane up in their hangar and provided the crew car for the evening. They also came out on Sunday morning to let me get my plane and see me on my way. Great service, recommend them to anyone passing through this part of ND.

It is nice to see all the positive changes to the Jamestown Airport. Excellent service and pilot facility. Finally a usable airport with 24hr gas and courtesy car available upon request.

I had a question about a runway NOTAM at JMS, called Kevin, who referred me to Jon, who took great care to make sure that the issue was resolved and that there was not, in fact, any snow on the runway. Great service, and I didn't even stop at their facility or buy anything. I'll go out of my way to support First Class in the future, thanks guys.

Visted the FBO on a training flight recently. A CSR meeted us on the ramp and offered to teach my student how to fuel, very thoughtful. Facilities were clean, although not 5 star. Still, for location, helpfulness, availability of pilot services and passenger amenities, I'm giving them a 5/5. Also, the building and fuel is now available from the ramp 24/7, nice to know for solo students.

Stopped in to make a timed phone call and found this gem. Enjoyed their prompt and courteous service and made good use of their pilot lounge -- phone, armchair, snacks, wifi Internet. Highly recommend these folks.

These folks are truly "1st Class”!! Stopped over en route to KISN from KMIC ---> great facilities and excellent service, in every way. They even made a run for veggie burgers -- so my wife is a big fan as well. I'd go out of my way to stop through there again. Make sure you check 'em out if you are in the vicinity!
