Stopped at CAVU for a late Sunday breakfast and could not restart my plane. Roessel (next door to CAVU) personnel were friendly, extremely helpful and went out of their way to try to assist us. They provided a vehicle to us when we couldn't get any of the local rental car companies to even answer the phone. Terry's Aero (maintenance team located at Roessel) were also friendly, competent and a pleasure to deal with. A wonderful group of people and they get my highest recommendation as well as my sincere appreciation.

Old-fashioned hospitality lives on here. Friendly and helpful in a way that older pilots will remember as the standard many years ago.

We stopped in JVL overnight and visited Roessel Aviation. Had a fouled plug when we started up in AM. Terry's Aero rents space from Roessel's and Terry removed the bad plug, cleaned it and installed it and then would not take any money for the good deed! Roessel's does not sell 100LL, just Jet A.

Roessel Aviation does a great job. We have been buying about 25,000 per year and found both product and service excellent. Call ahead, ask for Bob as they will make sure to meet you, very professional.
