We make a point to stop at Lebanon when we are working in the area and they always give us great service! They have the courtesy car parked next to our tie down spot, help load our luggage and tie us down. The plane will be fueled and untied with a clean windshield by the time we arrive in the morning. They always have food available and serve a great home cooked lunch! The service is impeccable and the building is clean. I wish all FBOs had this kind of service! These guys are great. So is their lunch. Stopped over for a break and they had a great lunch ready. Says they feed everyday. Thanks for lunch.

I was checking LBO on AirNav for our trip to OSH. When I realized my lazy self had never commented on this FBO. We diverted to Lebanon in 2006 due to weather while on the way to OSH. What a pleasant surprise! We now make sure LBO is a fuel and food stop every year. We were back in 2007 and 2008 at least once on the way to or from OSH. This is what an FBO should be. Somebody should document them and show them to every GA FBO in the nation. We will be back this year!

I was returning from Wichita late in the day and needed a place to stop for the evening. It was a Saturday so I called ahead and told them I may be late getting in, they told me they closed at 6:00 but it would not be a problem. I asked about getting fueled the next day (Sunday) and they said they would be in early enough to fuel. When I arrived around 7:00PM on Saturday the FBO was closed but the crew car was sitting on the ramp at a tie down spot (ropes supplied) with the keys ready to go and directions to the hotel. When I arrived at the airport the next morning I was greeted by Don Claxton, great guy, who fueled the plane right away, cleaned the glass and got me on my way. What a great stop. He also told me if we would have been in around 11:00 they have a hot lunch. I highly recommend this FBO. Thanks for the great service Don.

We stopped at Lebanon as weather divert on 6/28/08, and were met by a wonderful lady who told us to go inside and eat, she'd tie the airplane down and gas it for us (it was raining). The food was free but wonderful, especially this lady's homemade soup. They gave us the courtesy car for the night so we could find a motel. Stopped in again on the return trip 7/3/08 (again held up for weather), this time our money was getting short so they let us sleep in the pilot's lounge, told us to help ourselves to the food in their fridge, gave us a key to the building and the key to the courtesy car when they went home for the night. Outstanding service, we'd go out of our way to visit again.

Stopped in our PC12 to drop some execs off for a meeting. Service was beyond what I would have expected for a small airport. We were greeted at the plane, and was advised that lunch was served at 11. It might have been one of the best meals I have ever had. I will definitely be back and take on some fuel!!!!!

Stopped in a couple times now. The first time, it was free lunch in the FBO with some friends, the second time, my wife and I called to see if they had a courtesy car available. They said sure and took my tail number. When we got there the car was ready and waiting right where I parked. We went inside to use the facilities and the staff was incredible. We told them we were just going out for a quick lunch and be back and they said we didn't need to go out, they'd throw some ham/turkey sandwiches and drinks together if we'd like. This is one of the top-tier FBO's I've been to and I'll definitely return. They really knock themselves out for you.

What a great FBO. Offered us lunch and a delicious selection of desserts, no charge - will have to redo our W&B next time! Fair fuel price and courtesy car overnight. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you very much. Have already told a bunch of folk about you.

This is what an FBO should be. Great facilities, friendly, helpful staff and free lunch weekdays! I will go out of my way in the future to visit this airport!
