I stopped in Central Flying Service for aviation charts. They had quite the selection of sectional charts and AFDs, but no terminal charts.

Stopped at Central en route from COS to MXF to fill up and to drop off a passenger. The staff was outstanding! They arranged a hotel for my passenger and took care of all the little details. I was so impressed that I made a point to stop back on my way home. Top notch service - thanks!

Stopped in at Central on the way to and from OSH. Found the service to be good on each visit. Line service was quick and efficient. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and the burger in the restaurant was pretty good too.

I was in on March 26 to provide contact pilot services. I found the facilities to be very nice and the staff and line crew were excellent. HEY CENTRAL ... HOW ABOUT TAKING OVER THE FBO in JACKSON, MS! lol

We recently relocated back to Little Rock, and have our airplane hangared in their facility. As noted before, their service contines to be excellent. The airplane is always on the line when requested, the line guys are available with gas and oil, and when it's cold with the preheating units. They meet us when we come in, top off the tanks, and take it to the hangar - simply could not be easier. We have flown with the Director of instruction to learn about the procedures in the area, and have met a few CFI's, all top notch! We look forward to many more years with the excellent organization!

Coming cross-country we have used Central several times as a fuel stop. [They] remain consistent in several ways: Facilities are nice, inside customer service staff is friendly and helpful, but quick-turns can be slow. We called approximately 15-minutes before landing, requesting a top-off and GPU. The temperature was near freezing, and the truck apparently needed to be warmed up before use and this had not done. I had to ask twice (total of three times) for the GPU before it finally arrived. Once servicing began the operation did go quickly – ground time was about 8 – 10 minutes before fueling began. Once complete, a single linesman assisted with the start and removed the GPU. No one was there to marshal us from parking, or verify the GPU and staff was clear of the aircraft.

Having grown up in Arkansas, we fly back frequently in our 182. We always stop at Central, and have always been treated as if we were flying a corporate jet, not a single engine piston. Weather (thunderstorms) can be bad, particularly at changing seasons in LR, but Central can always find a way to get our airplane out of the weather and into a hangar when needed. And be sure to say hello to Mimi at the front desk - she is absolutely the greatest. If you need a rental car, shuttle service into the city, or just a bottle of water, she can handle it all. Really great folks there!

Attended the BPPP 12th to 15th and Central went a long way to make sure all of our needs were met, from prompt fueling to making an extra trip to pick us up at our hotel. A first class FBO all the way. Jim & Connie N360NE

Stopped in on 2 consecutive days Sept 15 and 16 and the staff and line personnel were quick, courteous and helpful on both occasions. The folks at Central had my RV and me in and out quickly. Fuel prices weren't that bad either and the facilities were nice and well kept.

Central was great to us. We arrived in a military training helo and had everything we needed. Twice (going and coming) we were met on the ramp with quick, prompt service and the staff was great. No fee, we'll definitely be back!

Stopped in with customers for a few hours around May 5th, 2006. Greg was the lineman and was extremely helpful. Great FBO, great facilities, and a great stop all the way around...As usual.

Good service at Central. Landed at night and had the follow me car waiting and parked me in front of the terminal. The friendly line guy took my fuel order immediately and had the fuel truck up before I unloaded the plane. Needed a hotel and the friendly staff behind the desk had one lined up at a great rate, and they shuttled me to and from.

On December 18, 2005, we stopped at a number of FBOs while recently ferrying our Cardinal from NC back to CA. Central was the best, without a doubt. The staff was very helpful with finding us a hotel, providing shuttle service and getting us deiced. The facilities are top notch. Highly recommended!

Landed at KLIT on 12-7-05, while ferrying our Cardinal from NC to CA. That was the night before the storm that froze Dallas to a halt and dumped enough snow in the upper mid-West to make SWA jet over-run the runway at Midway. We knew we'd have to hunker down in Little Rock for the night, but so did all the pilots and also truck drivers. Folks at Central found the hotel for us even though most places were full and shuttled us over there. Freezing rain that fell that night turned our bird into an ice-cube, so it was clear that we weren't going anywhere soon. Again, folks from Central found a hotel for us and put the plane in a hangar. Next morning there was still quite a bit of ice on the wings, so we got complimentary de-ice!!! We only paid for gas and even that was very reasonable for a large field like KLIT. Central seems to have little competition and obviously for a good reason - they've got things figured out! One of the best FBOs' I've seen in five years of flying!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - I am always impressed with Central. Landed there Sunday afternoon needing to stay over to wait out icing - in less than 15 minutes they had my plane refueld, a hotel ready, and a van to take me. I found my aircraft well tied down the next morning. They always great you, regardless of the type of plane you fly, as a long lost best friend - GREAT JOB CENTRAL FLYING.
