Alicia did a great job helping us when we had a problem with our King Air. She made sure we had rental cars right away, thanks Alicia! Lee Higdon at H2 Aero Services fixed the problem and we were on our way in less than 24 hours. Very knowledgeable shop for King Airs.

My son and I stopped in at KMCN for a quick run to the Aviation Museum just down the road. Museum is free and HUGE! Called the day before and spoke with Alicia at Lowe Aviation and she set me up with a Crew car reservation for the next morning. She was very friendly and helpful. Vinny and Robert were fantastic and got me going with the car along with taking care of fueling me up. Highly recommend this FBO / airport for its great service. Will definitely be coming back!

We were completely impressed with everyone at Lowe Aviation! Our experience was so positive on our way down to FL, that we made a point of stopping here on our way back home. The service was top-notch, the courtesy car was comfortable and beautiful, and the whole community seemed so helpful and cooperative. Thanks for all of this and we will definitely be stopping back here in the future!

Great experience. The staff will make or break a pilot's experience and Alicia is an absolute rockstar. Friendly greeting, courtesy car paperwork prepared in advance, great experience. She said she was relatively new to Lowe Aviation but you couldn't tell it. Thanks Alicia for all you did to make us feel welcome.

Where do I begin? We arrived at KMCN and went to Lowe Aviation. Controller was fantastic. The help we received from Alicia at the FBO was out of this world. Several attempts to accommodate us were quickly shut down. However Alicia and her can do attitude didn't give up and kept pressing on and eventually saved the day. I owe her a box of chocolates. Alicia is certainly the type of person I would want dealing with my customers. GREAT JOB Alicia!!!!!

Flew into Lowe this Sunday afternoon to pick up an AngelFlight. Lots of Delta's fleet is parked on some of the taxiways. Kind of sad. BUT.. The service from Lowe's was the usual best. Hadn't been there in quite some time. Glad I stopped. AngelFlight fuel discount.

The Lowe Aviation team was awesome! Their professionalism and hospitality was top notch. They provided my young family with the crew vehicle to get some food and see the incredible Air Force Museum! My boys (ages 5 & 3) loved it. Thanks again!
