I've flown into thid FBO and was charged a $55 landing/handling fee. I was not parked, the facility is a trailer, and to top it off, I was told to call a cab to get to the terminal!

I arrived in my old Cessna 152 with my father to get him to a commercial flight at MCO. On arrival we were handled immediately and professionally by the lineman who carried my father's bag in to the FBO. The desk staff was GREAT! I asked about getting a taxi to bring my dad to the Delta terminal and they said, "Don't worry about a thing. We'll get him there." Someone from the Galaxy staff took him to the terminal in plenty of time for his flight. Before I left, I asked how much I owed and was told "Just remember us on your next flight to Orlando." I will certainly be back!

I dropped in on short notice to pick up pax at the terminal. I got a crew car, great service and was out in about an hour. The price is high for fuel but I bought the minimum and had no charges for car or plane. I like Galaxy and I fly a SE turboprop.

Not a great experience. Called inbound for previously reserved limo, they had no knowledge, asked for taxi, they asked for destination, then told us standby. No, we're flying an airplane. On arrival, limo was on ramp, Galaxy no idea how, just not aware at all. Pax not happy with this FBO.

Flew into MCO on the evening of October 5th to pick up my wife arriving on a Delta flight. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Although the fuel price was a bit steep they did waive the handling fee of $15.00 with the purchase of 10 gallons. Would not hesitate to return. Understand that their new facility is under construction and will be ready for occupancy in April 2008.

The price of Jet A is now $5.99 per gallon. They have a popcorn machine now!! Must be the reason for the high jet fuel price.

Service was not quite what it was in the past.. MAKE SURE that you ask them about the overnight parking charge! It is now $28.00 per night even for a small single engine aircraft. This fee is above and beyond the $14.00 ramp fee. They will waive the ramp fee with a fuel purchase but not the overnight fee. KMCO used to be surprisingly friendly to small aircraft but unfortunately not any more.

Flew into Orlando for family vacation. The only airport that had minivans available was MCO. Crew at Galaxy was outstanding; had us tied down and minivan ramp-side as soon as we shut down. Line guys all offered assistance with bags, fuel, etc. Same great service for our departure as well. Thanks!

Galaxy did a tremendous job for us at the NBAA show even with all the additional aircraft. We use them every time we go to the Orlando area and get great service every time.

Great service! I landed for a trip to see Mickey Mouse. I called the FBO on final and they had a lineman and a ride to the commercial side waiting at the wing by the time I shut down. I got a pickup from the commercial side 5 days later. In the middle of a busy day with jets in and out, they found time to make a fresh batch of popcorn for my 2 year old while I preflighted. BTW, I fly a P28A not a G5. Muriel behind the counter is wonderful.

Great place. They told me they give everyone a .60 avgas discount. Handling charge is apparently 14 a day. Went to Signature was charged 110 *2 for handling for a Baron because the avgas truck inop. When I complained Signature did waive the charge. But recommend Galaxy!

Flew my Grumman Cheetah into Orlando to pick up a friend. This was a very pleasant experience thanks to Galaxy Aviation. They are a wonderful, service oriented group of people. They gave me the crew car and a map to the terminal. I was grateful and put some gas in their car and they were grateful and waved the $14 ramp fee. Sure beats driving to the Orlando airport!

Flew to Orlando in business and parked overnight with Galaxy. Everything good you read is true, great service. Made reservations and our car was driven to the plane as soon as we arrived. The Warrior had an ego boost parked next to so many Jets, definitely will be back.
