  Arrived yesterday and was marshaled to parking with the nose pointing toward the hangar. The nose wheel of our Hawker was almost on the concrete in front of the hangar. There's a hump in the tarmac in front of the hangar that our door contacted when opened. Four or five line guys witnessed this and saw me put a towel under the door to prevent further damage. I noticed scratches on the door from the ground contact and it cost my owner $125 for someone to come inspect it. The line guys also parked us in a puddle of de-icing fluid and didn't put down a carpet for us, causing a special trip back to the FBO to clean it. Lackluster performance by the line crew.

  Operated four legs into/out of Signature's ramp at MDW and had a horrible experience 3/4 times. Inbound on the first leg, marshaled in, shut down, informed the line guys that we were overnight & needed a lav with over-the-top water. I did not ask the line guy to pour water back in over the top but he did it anyway without asking or telling us beforehand. The outbound leg was uneventful. That night called ahead and notified that we were 15 minutes out. Landed, taxied to Signature to find nobody waiting for us. We had to wait on an active taxiway for someone to notice we were there. Once they saw us, they parked us nose-in between two other aircraft with wing overlap. After shut down, the line guy disconnected our nose scissor link for towing and just left the pin hanging - again, did not ask or mention it. Next day, the line guy did not acknowledge our start or our "ready to taxi" signal. Instead he watched a female passenger deplane and walk in front of us w/ engines running.
