Flew into MFR on a Sunday with a mechanical in a 210. First thing Monday morning, 3 guys were tearing into it to locate the problem. Five hours later it was fixed and ready to fly. Everyone I came in contact with went out of their way to be helpful special kudos to Tracy, Tanner, Jeremy & Gary for the great service. I'll be back.

Nice FBO, very friendly. Their web site was ambiguous as to where on the airport they are located. The self fuel is at Medford Jet North. Self serve fuel was priced right and the hose was long enough to reach all tanks of my 421B when positioned for taxi outbound. Even so the friendly line guys came over and tugged the aircraft from the self serve pump to the front of the FBO. When we returned 4 days later, on a Sunday, the FBO was closed, so after fueling we repositioned to another FBO to use the rest rooms and pick up our passengers. Great place, just need to check operating hours as there is no gate combination to exit and re-enter the airport if the FBO is closed.

Great service. Flew in for the day to visit Crater National Park. I called a couple days ahead to reserve a car and it was waiting for me right at the spot where I was directed to park. Just a signature and we were on our way. When we returned a few hours later the plane was fueled (as instructed) and ready to go. No ramp/parking fee. Oh, and this is for a Cherokee 180.

Quick greeting with an actual red carpet, fast fill up and nice facilities for a quick turn, which included an hour with the courtesy pickup truck. Quality experience for a little plane with a 10-gallon fill up.

Flew in on 6-9-08 in my club's 172. Tied down at Jet Center South. Sam was very helpful. I planned to use my club's car that had been parked there, but the battery was dead. Sam tried to use the portable jumper. When that didn't work he used his personal vehicle to jump-start the car. Very positive experience and I would land there and use Jet Center again any day.

Stopped for quick fuel, a burger, and a minor maintenance issue. Top notch service on all counts: fuel truck arrived almost as fast as the red carpet was rolled out, a maintenance guy came over to examine a minor concern, and a friendly line guy directed me to the terminal (500 yds away) for a decent burger. Will definitely stop here again.

Flew in (Cherokee 180) to spend a few days at Crater Lake National Park. They set up a rental car for only $24 per day (new model). Nice facility with very helpful people (family run business). They have a specific weather and flight planning PC plus another PC for Internet access. Would definitely use again.

I parked my Warrior at Jet Center for a week. Before parking, I bought fuel at a very good price at their self-service pump. When time came to leave, there was no charge for a week of parking or anything else.
