Sandi was very helpful from the first call to the last goodbye. She was friendly, helpful, courteous, and treated my family like we pulled up in a Boeing Business Jet, instead of just our Cirrus. The line team brought the rental car to planeside, helped with the bags, we got directions and suggestions for lunch on the way and we were in and out in good time. Wonderful experience, great hospitality and a great team. Many thanks.

These folks are great! From getting our "Baby" in the hangar in a moments notice and putting out the red carpet for our Bonanza. They helped with our bags on arrival and met us to offer assistance for our departure. The price was fair for the fuel and hangar, as always you get what you pay for. And at this FBO, you pay a fair price for GREAT service.

Flew in on a SEA-ATL cross-country. Sure glad we picked Medford Air!! Red carpet for my RV-8. Lined up hotel and transportation and the neatest FBO I have EVER seen! Even put our plane in the hangar as they had room. Can't say enough about the superior service at Medford Air. Kind of feel sorry for the guys that stop at their competitors.

I agree with all the posts about this FBO. Stopped in for a short business meeting in a Bonanza. Excellent service. We used their crew van for a couple of hours and the line person attended to our fuel needs. Very friendly and efficient office staff as well. I will definitely use these guys again when in Medford area.

The folks at Medford Air Service treat you like you arrived in a Gulfstream regardless of what you actually arrived in. Exceptionally well-appointed FBO, one of the best crew lounges I've seen. Responsive and friendly line and counter staff. There *is no other FBO at MFR* as far as I am concerned, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Stopped on the way back from Hillsboro, OR to the SF Bay area in a C172. Medford Air has the nicest FBO facility that I have ever been in. Also very nice people. Loaned us their crew car to drive into town for lunch (about 3 miles). Bought fuel there, which was reasonably priced. A good place to stop.

Excellent service. Called ahead on my way to PDX in our 172. Had decently priced fuel ready for us, and yes, an actual red carpet :-) Facilities had everything you could possibly need, from WIFI to a shower and cookies. Definitely recommend!

I was treated like I was flying a Gulfstream but I was only in a Twin Otter. Medford Air helped me with motel rooms and a crew car. Rooms were hard to come by but they kept trying until they had us in a motel. The next day the line guys helped with checking and adding oil to my engines, requires a tall ladder, and airing up my tires. I haven't ran across service like this for some time. I would highly recommend Medford Air

RON here Sat evening, 07-07-07, kinda quiet, but the people were very cordial. And I was just driving an Arrow. They have a pristine, 1965 Harley Davidson 50cc motorcycle in the lobby. Very nicely appointed FBO, and they have the refreshment stand well stocked. I had the ice tea. Had a Wx computer, and a general PC w/internet access. Staff provided a ride to the rental car in the main terminal. Wonderful experience.

Flew in today to pick up a passenger. Medford Air literally rolled out the red carpet, provided service with a smile and had us on our way (with cookies) very quickly. Fuel was 'cheap' too.

Medford Air is everything you see on AirNav and more. I am a FBO General Manager (on vacation this trip). I found Medford Air to be my wildest dream in a FBO. Stopped for a pitstop-quickturn flying a BE36. Loren the lineman guided me in and provided the RED Carpet and chocked the airplane. I asked for a top off and went in to use the facilities. By the time I was done the airplane was serviced and ready to go. I was so impressed with the place I took a few extra moments to enjoy the free and fresh donuts, cookies and coffee. I was offered the courtesy car if I needed it. The office staff was ready to answer every question I had. In 35 years in the aviation business it is the best service I have ever received. I offered Loren a job on the spot. Great Job..

Excellent service, great crew car (van), best prices on 100LL at KMFR, nice FBO, great people! Line guy showed me how to print approach charts on their computer (I couldn't find one I needed). And Medford is a beautiful place.

We arrived on Thursday August 24th in a Piper Arrow and lineman was there to guide us in and roll out red carpet. He took our fuel order (which was filled promptly) and helped with our bags and asked if we need ground transportation, at the time he asked we didn't as we had called our hotel and they were sending a car. An hour later and after two more calls to the hotel asking were car was we asked if they had any one to drive us to our hotel. In 15 minutes we were at our hotel. Medford Air Service is a class act and I will use them again next time I am in Medford.

Arrived Saturday, July 15. Despite being very busy with a club fly-in, a very helpful lineman greeted us, guided us in gave us the "red carpet treatment." He helped with our luggage. The next day, we called ahead and our plane was pulled out and waiting for us when we got to the airport. One of the best FBO's (and nice inside too with lots of facilities) to which I have ever traveled.

Arrived late on Sunday and decided to spend the night. The staff was very helpful--found us a room close to the airport with a free shuttle and a nice little restaurant. This is a very nice FBO--very clean and neat. I highly recommend it.

This place has always been great; however, today they went beyond the call of duty. We left a bag in their parking lot with a camera and some clothes. Before we landing in PDX, they had looked us up and called our house and cell phone to tell us about the forgotten items. Of course we will be back, but we just wanted to extend a thank-you for going the extra mile.

I'm a frequent visitor because my mother lives in Medford. This is the hands-down best FBO on the field! Service is always terrific, the facility immaculate, and fuel prices reasonable.

During my stop at Medford today, the service at Medford Air was above and beyond! The ramp personnel were friendly, professional and very helpful. Use of the crew car was another bonus. When we have future business in Medford, we will certainly be back.

I have been here twice in the last week. The service and prices on fuel were great. The line guy's even cleaned my windscreen without a request. one of the best FBO's I been to in years. They even wiped the soot off the King Air after fueling. I'll be back.

Without a doubt the best experience I've ever had with an FBO. Top notch facilities, but the service is what really takes the cake. Upon arrival, requested a fuel top off, then went inside to change. Upon coming back out no more than ten minutes later, a fuel receipt was ready for my signature, and they were in the process of cleaning my windshield. And let me not forget that when I tried to set up a rental car for my five hour stay, they offerred the use of their crew car (the usual line I've heard is two hour maximum use). It's not the kind of service I've come to expect flying a C172S, and I firmly believe that, short of coming back, that I'll be hard-pressed to find its equal anywhere else.

Can't say enough about Medford Air or the whole experience. Airport is great. Staff at MAEFC are helpful, professional, and efficient. Their recommendation of Kaleidoscope Pizza was right on - the pizzeria has some truly mouthwatering and unique combinations, some only on the weekend. Already (4 days after visit) got a thank you note from Medford Air!

I agree with all the other comments: Medford Air provides great service, and everyone has a great attitude. For example, one morning I filled up with fuel, flew off and didn't realize I didn't pay until much later that afternoon. I called them up and they didn't bat an eye -- they immediately and cheerfully took care of it with a credit card number over the phone. I'll definitely stop in again whenever I'm in Medford.

The very best of the best. Bobby and the staff did their best to make our stay one to remember. They got us the best room rates at the Red Lion Inn, put my plane in the hanger over night, and even cleaned my windscreen. I think they are the best on the field.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We landed at MFR and showed up at Medford Air at 9pm, not realizing that they had already closed an hour earlier. When we got there, their closing employee, on his way out the door, actually got off his motorcycle and waved us into a parking spot. Then right on the spot he gave us a car to use overnight. That was our third trip to MFR and our third time at Medford Air. I wouldn't recommend anyplace else.

Absolutely outstanding. One 24-hour trip to Medford, in a Skylane, without buying fuel, and they went the extra mile for us at every possible juncture. My wife now wants to move to Medford just so we can fly out of Medford Air.

This has to be one of the premier FBO's around. Like many before, rental car was waiting, Cart was their to greet us, very clean and professional building and staff. Biggest surprise. When I got home a nice letter and card thanking me for my business. Bought 30 gals of Av Gas. I don't get cards when buying 400 gals jet A. A must stop.
