Just called during flight planning to check price on MOGAS. Manager said they are no longer selling MOGAS.

Stopped at 1400 local time and the FBO was locked and no one was around.

I called several days ago about the auto gas price, which was listed as $2.50/gal on April 3rd. I was told it had been changed to "Three something". I decided to stop there on the way from HUF to ATL, figuring it had probably gone up to $3.10-$3.30 or some other reasonably possible price. I was SHOCKED to find the price at $4.00/gal for AUTO GAS!! I was told it had just jumped from $3.20 to $4... Needless to say I won't be stopping there again - under ANY circumstances. The gent who was working (Warren, I think) was courteous, pleasant, and apologetic. According to the business card, Larry is the FBO owner who apparently thinks it's good biz to "get as MUCH as he can WHILE he can" with the public. From $2.50 to $4 in 5 weeks is beyond absurd. Ya' got me once but that will be IT.
