I really enjoyed basing here. The girls at the counter took great care of us and hooked us up with a wonderful rate and rental car, which they pulled up to the plane within a minute of us shutting down. The line guys were really good too and always topped off the Caravan perfectly, which is a pain to fuel.

I had an electrical issue and contacted Eric Wilson, Indy Jet Maintenance. Eric took the time to research the issue to arrive at the proper solution, and then promptly and professionally resolved the problem.

We operate into Indy Regional on a fairly regular basis. Indy Jet has a very nice facility and the staff does an excellent job! The customer service representatives are very customer focused and the line service crews are very efficient and professional. Overall, they are a pleasure to do business with!

Flew in on a Sunday, no one around to marshal plane, no help tying down or with bags, did pass the lineman as we walked in, didn't say a word. Counter folks were friendly, didn't ask if we needed anything. Departure day, still no help, charged $30 for tiedown. Really disappointed but they did send a nice thank you card in the mail?

Flew in for one night, was marshalled to park my single piston about as far from the FBO on the ramp as possible. Lineman parked me too far forward and only tied down my mains. When I got out of the plane, he had vanished. I had to push the plane back, retie the mains, and tie down the tail. Then I had to walk all the way to the FBO with my bags. I checked in, left a fuel order, and said when I would be back. The next day I arrived and they couldn't find my bill. The girls asked if I was in the T-hangars. Finally they found it and fuel had not been filled. At least 10 min later they had to manually type in my credit card info - twice (card reader broken?), and they still charged me $15 for parking despite buying 15 gal of fuel, no offer to give me a ride to my plane (still across the ramp), and tie downs were still on. Everyone was polite, but the service sucked. Needless to say I won't be back.

I visited Indianapolis about 2 weeks ago for a Flying Physicians meeting and our group decided to use MQJ airport and the Indy Jet FBO. I was very impressed with the kindness and services we received. With excellent fuel prices and significant springtime weather on the way, Carla offered shelter in a hangar for our entire length of stay (4 nights) for only $30 a night. The courteous line crew topped us off, towed my Bonanza to a large hangar near the FBO and my worries were over. On departure day, the aircraft was retrieved from the hangar and parked in front of the FBO. We also received some very good recommendations from Carla regarding our trip in to Indianapolis, which made our trip even more enjoyable. As far as I am concerned, it doesn't get any better than this. I received a very nice "thank you" card about a week after we got back, which wasn't necessary but very thoughtful. MQJ and INDY JET FBO are highly recommended if you're visiting Indianapolis.
