What a pleasure to see that General Aviation, and all that implies is alive and well. Our Charter Aircraft had an oil pressure issue on arrival and from that point on, it was the Staff of JetDirect to the rescue. Superb FBO, very kind and accommodating personal service by linemen and CSR's. Thanks for being there for us during the horrendous winds and rain, and putting our Citation Encore in the hangar right away! Also, thanks for the 3AM quick turn on the back flip. We will be back, for sure!

Thanks for the friendly service! The Bride and I decided to make a stop to kill some time in a Cessna 172 until the TFR at N99 was lifted. These folks treat the piston crowd just like the big boys. Great service by the line crew and the young lady working the desk. Very professional group and the facility was spotless!

Being stranded at any airport isn't a pleasant thought, but, my experience this week at Jet Direct really requires accolades for the service and friendliness of the staff and services available. Cherie and Betsy are just a delight to have for help and conversation their professional and witty assistance are a tremendous asset to both JetDirect as well as the crews and pilots that transit the airport. Thank you to Cherie, Betsy and the entire staff for their help, patience and sense of humor making a longer than planned stay quite tolerable if not fun. Surely Ill miss their company and look forward to my next weather disaster in the Philly burbs.
