Light Rail Transit Route Available At Lindbergh or Humphrey Terminals. From Signature, Humphrey Terminal LRT Station is down the street located on the ground level of the "Orange" Ramp. Service Available to Mall Of America, VA Hospital, and Downtown Minneapolis from approx. 05:00-01:30 and between airport terminals 24 hours a day. Bus Route 54 is available from 04:35-00:45 daily with service to the Mall Of America or to Downtown Saint Paul. The Bus Station is on the ground level of the rental car building at the Lindbergh terminal (3 levels above the Lindbergh Terminal Underground LRT Station). Rates are Currently $1.75 Non-Rush Hour and $2.25 Rush Hour (M-F 06:00-09:00 & 15:00-18:30) LRT IS FREE BETWEEN THE TWO AIRPORT TERMINALS. Tickets include free transfers onto buses or rail for 2.5 hours. More information including fares and scheduling is available on their website..
