Amazing service by amazing people. Facilities were great and so were the cookies. Thanks for all the help in getting a rental car on short notice and for the speedy refuel.

From Danny Lowe on 13-Aug-2008
Wow! Carpet at the door, Car at the door with the air on, and a hangar for the airplane that night. Simply the best most professional staff at KNEW. Thanks for the outstanding service.

From Daniel L. Paternoster, DVM on 23-Jul-2008
Great experience! Keith and Jenny emailed info during planning, met us with cold drinks on a hot, humid afternoon arrival, and had our Comanche in the hangar for us to unload in the shade.

Excellent service! Keith Holcomb goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. I arrived late Sunday afternoon and I had called ahead for a rental car. When I arrived I realized that I didn't have my driver's license with me and Enterprise would not let me rent the car without it. Keith drove me to the Avenue Plaza and came back for me the next morning. He wouldn't even accept my offer of a tip! I will definitely stop here again any time I come through New Orleans.

This new, locally-owned and managed FBO provides top notch. Our arrival at NEW last Saturday afternoon in a Columbia 400 required that we have the engine examined to correct a hot-running cylinder. Aero Premier's general manager, Keith Holcomb, a former TWA pilot and a current A&P, offered to inspect the engine Sunday morning and report the condition. The next morning at 9am he called as promise and managed to correct the problem fast enough so that we could leave Sunday afternoon as scheduled. He also provided hangar space and topped off our 02 system at very reasonable pricing. In advance of our arrival, and during our stay in New Orleans, Aero Premier's front desk girls, Jenny and Cory, called us several times to see if we required any special services, thereby fortifying the tradition of Southern hospitality. Keith and his team work 12-hour days to make sure everything goes just right and so far their efforts have paid off handsomely in a tremendous customer service experience.

I stayed with AeroPremier Jet Center during a recent visit to New Orleans. I was initially concerned that they might not cater to piston aircraft but that is not the case. Their service was far above average. They provided a fuel discount, a reasonable hangar rate and good accommodations / line service. Four stars...

Happy to see lakefront airport growing up again, it’s very exciting for us trainee pilots to meet more people in aviation while we are growing in aviation! Good luck!

From Keith Dorken on 28-Dec-2006
Arrived in pouring rain and fog. Was taxied directly into their 'new' (waiting to be fixed) hangar where we escaped the rain. Attendants arranged for hotel, and left our plane in the hangar during our stay at the regular outdoor tie down rate. Excellent service.

From John Quinn on 13-Jun-2006
These guys have excellent service and decent fuel price, comparatively. Got a car and top-off from them. Temporary building has a bathroom and waiting lounge. No weather computer when I was there, but Million Air's was down also. Look forward to using them in the future.

From Kelly Kyle on 15-May-2006
Aviaport's new location is near the old passenger terminal just east of Million Air. I flew in Friday and went to Million Air because I thought they were the only FBO on the field. I didn't know Aviaport had reopened until I saw their signs from the road as I returned to the airport on Saturday. I stopped in to say hello and check fuel prices---their avgas is $.62 cheaper than Million Air. I was a regular Aviaport customer pre-Katrina, and now I will be again.

From Mel Rushton on 15-Mar-2006
They are open again, as of February 15, 2006! Yeah, now I don't have to pay $50 just to pick up a passenger at Million Air, and their fuel is less expensive! Good luck with you reopening!!! I'll see you on March 31, 2006, and enter another comment then!
