Starting on July 14th, 2025, through September 1, 2025, Signature NEW will change its operating hours. Normal business hours will be from 0600 to 2200 daily. From 2200 to 0600, we will operate on an on-call basis.
The Signature NEW team will accommodate any reservation made after normal business hours, with team members coming in early or staying late. For pop-up requests after hours, an on-call team member can be reached by calling the base number at 504-241-2800. If the after-hours phone cannot be reached, the Assistant General Manager, Frank Guzman, can be reached at 832-883-8727.
After-hours reservations will be charged an after-hours fees during this time period for any operator utilizing on-call services. Fees can be viewed on the Travel Alerts page.
