Without question the most consistent, professional and courteous FBO I have visited. EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. I was greeted by smiling third generation Evan Showalter (3yrs. Old) and he even wanted to carry my flight bag to the FBO! Great place and super service. I would agree with a couple other comments that the fuel prices seem a bit high, but with the service they give I found myself feeling like it was money well spent. Thanks Johanna, Ed, Evan and everyone else for the pleasurable experiences.

Ebony Hall, during my visit to ORL Orlando, Fl., did an outstanding job handling operations at Showalter FBO. She was cool and precise under pressure, and showed a great rational maturity, far beyond her years. She should be given a bonus for exceedingly good judgment, together with a pay raise in the very near future. Kudos to Ebony, who does outstanding work, and is a credit both to herself, and to the (ORL) Showalter FBO. Also, the entire team at Showalter exuded a professionalism that far exceeds the common low quality of care, so prevalent in much of Florida. My standards are seldom met, but Showalter exceeded them with ease! Perhaps Showalter should also get into the customer service training business for many of the FBO's in Florida. They really are a great professional group. GREAT JOB, EBONY HALL! ! ! Thanks for the spectacular service! Mike Horton (N800TT)

Flew in very late on 4/13/08 for a quick turn. The staff was upbeat and helpful. Lineman went above and beyond even at the end of his shift. Our Navajo was treated just as well as the Citation 10 that pulled in seconds before us. We base our aircraft less than 50 miles away, but if we have to land at ORL again we will be back.

Great stay, sold us on taking the hangar, and we were happy we did as it rained the next three days. Joanna and the rest were great, we will be back and would love to see them all again.

Suggest not trying to return Avis or Budget cars to this facility. Though Showalter handled return courteously and time-stamped by contract, Budget did not check in car until four days later, disregarded time stamp, and only after several calls adjusted my charges.

As usual, great service and support. They anticipate every need and are the only real full service FBO on the field.

There is good reason Showalter is consistently rated one of the top FBOs in the country. Their line crew is top notch with a good facility and friendly CSRs. We used the competitor across the way a couple times when the customer requested it. Both the customer and we quickly realized where we belonged: Showalter.

Flew in late in the evening during rainstorm. The line guy was out in the "follow-me" golf cart & provided my guests with an umbrella each. Helped with their luggage in the rain. Facilities clean & people more than helpful. Great place to visit.

I fly into ORL about once a month. The folks at Showalter are very nice and accomodating. Pistons are treated with the same great service as turbines. The folks here have "the right stuff". Simply put, it is a great family-owned FBO.

I was recently at Showalter attending a training seminar/ gathering of Columbia pilots and owners. From the royal treatment we received, you would have thought all 25 of us were flying Gulfstreams! The customer service and facilities at Showalter are excellent. Everyone, from the cleaning people to the owners (who BTW, are on-site and involved in the daily operations) are focused on addressing their customers' needs. I wish all FBO's did just half as good a job as Showalter and I'd never be disappointed. Next time I'm in ORL, there will be no doubt that Showalter will get my business.

First experience with Showalter was a year ago in my Cessna 150 - parked me up front amongst the big guys. Have returned several times in corporate CE-421 and again in the 150. Same professional treatment and attention. One trip needed a quick maintenance fix - they contacted Welch Aviation and I was FMC in 30 minutes. FBO of choice for Mouse World area.

I travel to many airports and this is the best FBO I have ever been too. Very clean and nice. People are outstanding for every service you could possibly want. Buddy and Welch Aviation is the best I have seen anywhere for mechanic work. Cheaper fuel than SheltAir too.

Having them show up with a luggage cart to help me with my cargo: $10. Having them get everything right from soup to nuts: $20. Having them notice the cooler was empty on departure and go get ice for me: $30. Having them run out during runup to warn me that I left the cooler next to the nosewheel chocks: priceless. Paid $5.08 for 100LL, worth every penny. Controllers good, but careful about the ATIS as the seabreeze can pick up unexpectedly. Thanks till next time from Cardinal 177Q!

I had the joy of working with Showalter Flying Services and Welch Aviation for over a year; we had 2-3 cargo Lances parked on the field. Both companies provide excellent customer service, prices are good and people are courteous and friendly! I highly recommend both companies to anyone who flies to ORL. Thank you again, Showalter staff and Buddy & crew!

Landed at ORL for 1 night stay and meeting in Orlando. After landing had problem with the left main tire on my Bonanza. Airport controllers, maintenance personnel, and Showalter crew were nothing short of amazing on handling my problem. They got my plane off of the taxiway and into Welch Aviation within 30 minutes. Buddy at Welch had a new Goodyear tire and tube on my plane before he left for the day. Cannot say enough good things about Showalter, Welch Aviation, Inc., and ORL people. Highly recommended

Parked a C172 for 3 days during a visit to Sun'n'Fun. Got a rental car and hotel reservation through the Showalter FBO. Excellent service, very friendly staff and great facility. This is how an FBO should be! Prices are ok considering that this is a fairly large and busy airport. Will definitely use Showalter when I come back.

The staff at Showalter is the truly best in the industry. I base my Cirrus with them and have always received top-notch service from a crew who is dedicated to top-notch customer service. Their facility is very well maintained and will impress both pilots and passengers. This is the kind of FBO that treats their customers like family and makes you eager to recommend them to others. Once you've visited Showalter, you'll see first hand the "Gold Standard" of how a well run FBO operates.

Fuel price is way too high, but Showalter people and service are great and very thorough and professional. Overnight parking fee of 10.51 per night is not waived for fuel purchase, but ramp fee is deleted when fuel is purchased. Facility itself is one of the nicest.
