Service was ok. Two weeks after arriving home from KOTH on 10/18/17 we received an invoice from Coos County for a $150.00 airport USE FEE and an OVERNIGHT FEE of $75 per night for having the privilege to use the public airport in our P180. We bought fuel so they gave us a $25.00 credit on FEE's. Total invoice was $275.00 to park on county ramp for two nights and we did buy fuel. Beware of local gov fees listed in fine print on Coos County Airport gov web site!

We flew in for a 2 day fishing trip. They arranged a rental car that was waiting next to the plane when we parked. Very friendly staff.

One of my worst experiences at an FBO ever. We're a corporate jet operation and came in for 3 days with golfers. We called Coos Aviation the week prior to book crew rooms at the Mill and to have Hertz bring two passenger vehicles (vans) and a crew car. About two hours out (we came from the east coast), we called from the SAT phone onboard to confirm the passengers’ vehicles were there. We gave the names of pax and asked them to have their cars planeside. We radioed again 20 minutes out to confirm our two passenger vehicles were planeside. Briefly, they did not have passengers vehicle planeside, gave passengers wrong car (wrong contract = legal liability), said they would fix it and did not. Booked only one room for the crew at the hotel and booked it on the wrong night. We got the last two rooms. Gave us wrong confirmation information the week prior. Then proceeded to blame everyone but themselves for numerous mistakes. I know they are the only FBO on the field, so back yourself up.

Good line service for a quick turnaround and a nice modern FBO. However the fueler did not put my gas cap on correctly (I know, a reminder to always open and close the caps after someone else has fueled the plane) and fortunately I noticed fuel leaking out of the wing during taxi and was able to address it before taking off. But overall a nice little airport. On a previous stop I took a taxi into town to Yeong's for burgers and milkshakes - decent food and good prices.

Very friendly and helpful line service. Nice FBO facility.
