Golden West is the professional full service FBO at OXR. I'm based in San Diego and travel often to OXR for business. I have used this FBO for years. Same great service from line and desk personnel whether you arrive in a G5 or C182 (my case) Beach is close, Embassy Suites will send a van to get you. Crew cars available.

Flew in to checkout the airport. The staff was great and took excellent care of us. Great pilot lounge and a courtesy car. Would definitely go back.

Have been using this FBO for a year and found the staff to be very helpful and professional. The facilities and services are great. I’m not going to mention names but may I suggest that if a person complaining about this FBO want to use their facilities it would be also appropriate to use their ramp and fuel services

Been here twice before, and it always seems like they are more interested in collecting their handling fees, than in providing accommodating service. Jet Center is next door with cheaper fuel, and nicer service. I'll go there next time.

My wife and I flew in to KOXR on Christmas Eve. We had ordered a rental car and it was ready for us when we arrived. Brandon to care of us and we could not have asked for any better service. He was also there when we departed at 6:30pm Christmas day. He was great and we will certainly us Golden West again on our next visit! Thank you Golden West and Brandon!

Went there with my wife, and what a professional environment! Flew in with my Grumman Traveler, but was treated like a G5 pilot. Great cookies, cordial service and Infinity as a crew car! Robert was great all around, I highly recommend!

July 25-27, 2007 Taxied up & parked - the cart was waiting and after we tied down, the staff drove us over to Mandalay Bay in a new Infinity! Coming back, the plane was fueled and we were GONE. Friendly Staff! Great flight planning room, too!

Flew in for the 4th of July. Was the only plane on the transient ramp next to terminal. Walked right in, grabbed a $25 rental and headed over to Channel Islands Harbor (2 miles). Rented kayaks and cruised the harbor. Great day. This aiport is a gem and a good way to escape the inland heat of So Cal.
