Stopped in today and the restaurant is "permanently" closed. Manager said they are looking for someone else to take it on but for now the on-field food options are a vending machine.

Lots of Ag activity. All NORDO, so keep your eyes open. SS pump is about halfway down the runway but well back on the ramp--look for a Shell sign. Friendly people, easy access to the ramp for the folks picking us up to load bags. Free WiFi. Didn't notice a flight planning area but didn't look, either since our friend was just down the road.

Great people, very helpful. Developed a maintenance problem on a fuel stop and was well taken care of. Highly recommend PBF.

Stopped at Pine Bluff on Saturday to refuel and eat lunch on the way. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on the weekend. Good service on the fuel though.

Ended up not stoping here due to weather... However, would like to note that the local Enterprise Rental Car office was unwilling or unable to handle a planned afterhours arrival. Pine Bluff Aviation was more than happy to work with us, as was the local Budget Rental Car office. FBO has their phone number.

Stopped on a training flight. The lady that runs the restaurant was very nice. The airport is definitely underutilized, but I enjoyed my time here. Also, the SS fuel is discounted ten cents on Saturday. We paid $2.92 for 100LL.

I would like to say thanks to everyone at Pine Bluff Airport. I lost oil pressure over Pine Bluff and had to land quickly. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Rick Kindrick who is a very knowledgeable and friendly A&P. He worked on my plane until 7:00 P.M. without complaint and got me back in the air. Thanks to all.

A very special thank you to all the people that helped me when I was on a ferry flight from California to Florida when my alternator/starter failed gentleman in the FBO had no complaints about towing my airplane down the taxiway to the hangar. Special thanks to Adam M. and all the ladies and gentlemen in the hangar north of the FBO. Your welcoming hospitality will not be forgotten. God bless.

Stopped for gas and was unable to re-start airplane. While trouble shooting problem, airport attendant motored down and offered to contact mechanic to help. Mechanic found a loose connection and as rain poured down, attendant towed plane to hangar for final fix. We all got soaked but heard no complaints and had a real nice visit. Good folks in Pine Bluff! Nice cold AC, clean restrooms, weather radar and helpful friendly staff. Cafe is open but call for hours. Similar good experience last year and I will make sure to stop again.

None of our 20 aircraft will be stopping here. On 6/2/06 we were charged a $50 after hours fueling fee because the self-serve pumps don't work. On 6/3/06 we were charged $20 to use the phone for a credit card call. Steer clear of these folks!

Wanted to refuel my C182 before opening hours in mid May 06, they couldn't agree to open 30 mins early without charging a $50 fee. They may be nice people, but not accommodating...Even with an inop card reader. I used Dumas and found them very accommodating.

Stopped into PBF on 12/31/05 for SS fuel to find that the self-serve pump was down. Before I was able to shut down at the pump, the line personnel pulled up with the fuel truck and offered to pump the fuel for me at the SS price of $3.00 per gallon. That's what I call great service! I was told that the SS pump should be operational within the next week. The popular on site restaurant has closed due to health issues with the owner but they said that they hope to re-open at some point. FBO employees and their can-do attitude as well as a nice airport & approaches make this an attractive fuel stop.

Nice runway and ramp area. Easy in and easy out. I used Pine Bluff Aviation for services, and was met with very friendly service. The FBO is definitely dated, but clean and comfortable. However, the pilot's lounge furniture and amenities exceeded larger big name FBO's that I have been too. I will use Pine Bluff again if the opportunity arises.
