Stopped by for fuel earlier this week and to visit downtown Portland. Friendly and professional service. There's a flight planning room with computers and wireless Internet. I was able to take a crew car downtown (very nice and well-maintained!). The offer the crew cars for up to four hours for no charge if you purchase fuel (otherwise it's $25). No charge for parking less than two hours (otherwise it's $10).

Terminal facilities and line service were good; rates for parking and fuel seemed reasonable for a large airport. But, maintenance is very expensive. Better hope nothing breaks.

I have to say that since my June 4 visit, Flightcraft has gone out of their way to make amends, apologizing for the difficulty, providing a discount, and taking a couple other very positive steps. While I stand by the accuracy of my prior comment and the frustration I expressed there, I really appreciate their efforts to make up for the inconvenience.

They seem to be suffering from "only game in town" syndrome. I asked them to call a cab for me, and specifically asked that they not call a towncar, which they did last time I made this request and which was approximately 50% more expensive than a cab. They called a cab anyway, then when I asked again, they refused and still called the towncar. I didn't have time to argue, but while there I did hear the desk person say, about another inbound aircraft that had asked for a rental SUV, that "They can take what we give them." Seems to be the new service motto at Flightcraft, and when I asked to speak to the supervisor, she informed me, "I AM the supervisor." Can't say I won't be back, because they're the only game at PDX and I have to go there a lot, but I won't be looking forward to it. Suggest you make your own arrangements and don't rely on them unless you want to "take what we give them."

Flightcraft was awesome. Myself and 3 friends were dressed for a wedding and it started raining. They brought umbrellas out to the airplane for our short walk, since they parked us about maybe 100ft from the door. From the time I shut down to the time I was in the courtesy car was no more than 10 minutes. HIGHLY recommended! Happy flying!

Excellent line and front desk service, even though my Baron was the lowest end plane on the ramp. Rental car was driven up to the plane both ways, and the facilities are modern and well equipped. Highly recommended to anyone, no matter what you fly.

I have never been treated to the level of service that I received at Flightcraft. Ten minutes after I shut down I was sitting in my rental car. This is a top flight FBO that runs like a Swiss watch.

Very friendly service and staff! Free ride to/from the TRI-MET station at PDX. Normally there is no charge when you stay 2 hours or less, but we stayed 3.5, and they waived the $10 parking charge anyway - and we didn't buy fuel, either.

Great facility, outstanding line service. It's expensive but when you see what the extra cost pays for, it's reasonable -- this is a first class FBO. The MAX train is a cheap, fast, easy way to get to downtown Portland and there are a bunch of hotels close by.

Nice facility and friendly staff. $10 parking fee per night if you don't buy fuel seems reasonable for a big airport. This is an easy stop and very accessible to Portland.

A 15 hour layover with business in the Portland area. Our PC-12 was well treated and refueled after our 11PM arrival. All line and customer service personnel performed admirably! Very nice facility and fuel prices a little above average for an airport of this size, but crude futures just hit $72+ per barrel.

We dropped in unexpectedly due to thunderstorms and just got in the door of their beautiful terminal (with WiFi) when the rain, hail, and wind hit. They had to be reminded of our fuel order, and 17 gallons of 100LL wasn't enough to waive the $10 fee for two hours of parking, but all in all it was a good experience. Their pilots' lounge has a nap room.

Very nice place. Arrived around 22:30 and they still had a man come out and greet us. Very nice facilities with a television and a pool table. :) I'll be back

Excellent service and very friendly staff, I wish all FBO's treated piston planes (A-36) so good.

Great service and a very friendly staff! Even came to the main terminal to pick us up after we got off the MAX train. Only $10 to park a Cirrus overnight. If you're flying to Portland fly right in to PDX vs. going to HIO or TTD. Better airport and even better FBO.
