This is a very friendly FBO with super helpful line crew. With only three hours notice Precision got us a great rental car. Crystal knows the town well and can recommend the best places to stay and get you a great rate. Tyndall Approach made arriving and departing easy. Panama City Beach was lots of fun with something for everyone and we hope to be back again soon.

Precision AvJet is a great FBO. Crystal is always in a good mood, which seems to set the tone for everyone that is there. All of the ground crew is helpful, courteous and very professional. We will continue to go to Precision AvJet. (And Crystal...GO JAGS!!)

I landed our Baron in a driving rain. Their staff stood out in the rain with us to unload our bags. They had my car ready to go. Same thing when we left. Three men assisted in getting our plan loaded and ready in the rain that weekend. All very helpful and friendly!

I frequent this FBO in my V35B as we use our vacation home. The service is excellent and twice I've required mx and the mechanics were superb. Mx fees were reasonable and the turnaround time excellent. Recommend!

Second stop in to try this facility, and I thought it might be my last. I was called directly by the manager of the facility, Mr. Kish, who provided me with some compelling information on recent circumstances at their facility that deserves a re-look. I will give this facility another chance. If all the folks who work there is as dedicated to improving their facility as Mr. Kish is, then they deserve another chance. I caught them in extreme circumstances and encourage others to help them pull themselves back up. See you soon Mr. Kish. God Bless.

What a great stop! We fly in for a meager amount of gas in an ancient J-3 and they sent us out to lunch in a crew car. Uncle Ernie's was the best! We'll be back, that's for sure.

We spent over a week at Precision with our B-25 "Pacific Prowler" giving rides and performing maintenance on the airplane. They bent over backwards to help us out, from loaning us tools, to fielding phone calls about rides. When we left we felt like part of the family. A great place to stop.

I'm usually not one to provide comments, but the folks at Precision AvJet in Panama City have been too good to me for too long! They don't care if I pull up in my Mooney or in our company's Eclipse Jet: I get the same great service regardless. They have even stayed open late to fuel my old Apache. I always get the red carpet here. Thank you, Precision!

P28T/G Great service, 3-day visit, no fees, good rental car, good fuel price. Wife lost diamond earring. Returned to plane - searched plane, no luck, ground crew asked what we were looking for - told us it was found and turned in at the counter. It was. GOOD HONEST PEOPLE. BIG THANKS

I go to PFN on a regular basis and have had great service from the Precision crew. I have pushed for our dispatch department to use them as first choice with no regrets. Crystal has always been very helpful and seems to keep the place in a constant good mood. Always look forward to the next visit

Spent the day at Panama City Beach and left my plane here. Everyone from the lineman to the super ladies behind the counter was very helpful and nice. Had rental car there in 5 mins. And everything went as smooth as possible. Will always go back here.

I'll echo the positive comments about service. Weather put us down in PC (aw shucks) and we just got lucky when we picked Precision. Rental car, hotel, and fuel needs were very quickly and professionally handled. Crystal and Patty were very helpful and seemed happy to help. Furthermore, I'll go ahead and say what all the OTHER pilots wanted to say - OMG, Crystal and Patty are beautiful! It's worth a stop just to see their smiles. This stop is a definite do again - and again - and again...

Due to comments posted on AirNav, I chose Precision over the competition. I am glad I did. This may not be the fanciest FBO but attention to detail and very friendly customer service is right up in there with the best FBOs in the country. Here you will experience the best line service and if you are lucky Mike Shelby will greet when you open the door. Mike is without a doubt the friendliest person at an FBO I have ever experienced. I wouldn't bother with parking elsewhere... It just doesn't get any better than this.

We used this FBO for a weekend stay, arriving in our 55 Baron. Line service was very responsive, professional, and friendly. The counter staff quickly handled all of our needs with no delay. Overall a great experience, we will certainly use Precision again.

Great experience. Everyone nice. Quick service. Fuel is expensive compared to some nearby airports but we fueled up anyway because we were already there. I asked about a restaurant I could walk to (because it says in a Nov 2006 entry below) and they didn't know what I was talking about. Got a courtesy car and we were on our quickly.

Flew in early evening on a Saturday and the line guys were busy so the receptionist came out and parked me. What a pleasant surprise, she set us up with a crew car for a couple of hours and even after receiving a full service top off she gave me fuel discount. This FBO has gone above and beyond every time I go there. They truly deserve the credit of being the top FBO on the field. Without a doubt I will continue to use them every time I'm at PFN.

The staff at Precision Aviation in KPFN put this FBO on the top of my personnel list of most professional, friendly, fast customer service oriented FBO's that is second to none and sets the bar high for others to reach this level of service. We flew our company's Citation V into Precision Aviation on 5/25/07 and were greeted promptly with both our passengers and crews needs attentively taken care of from the moment we landed till the moment we departed. Much thanks and "above and beyond" professional praise is due to the following as well as anyone else that I may have neglected to recognize: Kevin Gorham, Jim Harwood, Obed Dejesus and especially Crystal Hibbard who personally went as far as to pick us up from the hotel at five the next morning prior to their normal operating hours after working late the night before, to get us to the airport, prepped for and executing our early departure. To whom it may Concern: Unfortunately, we had to replace a "Left Main Tire" on a King Air C90B upon arrival...Precision Air Services was the ONLY FBO, on the field able and willing to find the solution to my problem. Mr. Chuck Meyer (General Manager) and his team went far and beyond the line of duty to accommodate and find an immediate solution to this issue. They had shown us the highest level of professionalism, as well as costumer service orientation regarding this event. I also want to take this opportunity to personally thank, Ms. Crystal A. Flew my Archer down here originally for business, then got "stuck" as the blizzard from hell raged 700 miles north at my home airport. Kept changing my departure time, renewing the reasonable rental car, all effortlessly on the phone. I even put in for a reasonably priced avionics recertification while "stuck", Victor was very helpful and proud of his operation, and showed me around. When ready to leave early on a cold gusty morning, they had the golf cart out there and some help to correct a minor issue. Tower and approach above average too. This is a very fine FBO, well run, and treated an Archer driver from up north like the big boys. Put Precision on your route.

Flew into Panama City yesterday for a meeting with a client. On Friday afternoon I called ahead to make a reservation and was greeted on the phone by Patty. What a delight. She was warm, knowledgeable, and smart. Arriving on Saturday I was greeted on the line by Steve. Imagine a line person with personality, a smile, and brains. Precision is doing all the right things to get our business. What a great FBO.

How Sheltair can charge over TRIPLE for overnight and ramp fees is beyond me. I'll stay with Precision (no ramp fees). Always good service....

Stopped in today on a business trip, landed with a dead transponder.. Gave the avionics guy a heads-up as we were leaving, and when we returned a couple hours later, it was fixed - reasonable rates, incredible service, and a genuinely friendly staff. Keep it up - you've got my loyalty. Thumbs-up all around.

Stopped there due to electrical problem. Not only did Charles fix it but he did it in record time, I was on the ground less than an hour. Way to go Charles! Precision's FBO facility is very nice and less than a 5-minute walk to the main terminal, which has a restaurant. They gave me a ride because I was lazy. Excellent services!

Arrived for a week of vacation and had good experience with this FBO. They arranged for a rental car at a good rate and brought it out to the aircraft promptly upon arrival. Line service helped load our (substantial) baggage into the car and got us on our way. The hangar was available as arranged. Overall both line service and desk staff was very helpful throughout arrival and departure.

Stopped in for the morning. A courtesy car was waiting. Fuel was added while gone and the plane was ready at the time of estimated time of return. All employees were very nice and helpful. I will return.

Topped off at self-serve pump and purchased hangar space for two nights at $25 per night. There were no other fees. Scheduled a pull out time and the plane was waiting when we arrived. The fuel is a bit pricey, but the self-serve was the cheapest on the field and the service was far better than we experienced at the other FBO. Will be back.

I was at Precision from 7-13 to 7-16 for a fishing tournament. Called both FBO's and for 200 gallons of Jet-A and including overnight charges, it was $105.00 less at Precision, quite a difference for my money. We got there as the bottom fell out and the line guys came out with umbrellas and got us inside with out letting us get soaked. The real test came on Sunday when I had an inverter problem and had to return to the field. Either Mike or Mark, I don't remember his name, from maintenance helped me for the better part of an hour without charge and we got it corrected and flew home. Great guy and will go out of my way to use them and tell people to use them.

I was here from 07/13-07/16. I had a mixed experience... On arrival, line folks were very helpful with unloading our bags in the rain and getting us parked inside. I called the day before our departure and asked that we be pulled up & fueled before our 9:00am departure. We were fueled but the staff had to locate our Duchess, as it hadn't been pulled up per our request. We were taken to it on a golf cart but I did expect that it would have been pulled up per our request. Additionally, the FSS didn't save our IFR plan and we had to shut down on the ramp to call FSS. While we were shut down and in the process of restarting, the line crew became very agitated although I tried to explain what was going on. I believe that I will try another FBO on my next trip to Panama City.

Mixed experience. Excellent line crew and desk folks, and a pretty good facility, but they forgot to fuel us during our overnight stay. Plus, this is the most expensive fuel I've seen anywhere -- including the Bay Area, Seattle and LA.

Landed on Monday. Lineman met aircraft and was very helpful. Service was less than desired for my Friday departure. Lots of heavy irons coming in and out...My Cherokee seem to be the least of their concerns. Facilities are good and they are more than helpful with arranging ground transportation.

I landed at PFN today to drop off my grandson. I parked at Precision Avjet and had a great experenice. Brandy let us use their crew car and she couldn't have been nicer. A great place to stop.

We flew in for an overnight stay and received very nice service. They had the rental car at our aircraft before the prop stopped. They found us a hotel at a decent rate and made the reservation. Overall a very good experience.

Flew in and stayed four days. Even without calling ahead, we had prompt line service. Moved my Mooney by hand to a parking spot and had it tied down (with their ropes) in record time. Rental car transaction went smoothly too. Requested a compact, and was upgraded to full size for free. First time customers get a fuel discount with a coupon, just look for it at the front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking and fuel costs seem realistic considering the location and level of line service. If you're flying in for the beaches, a rental car is a must. The area is more spread out than it looks on a map. The staff advised us of that fact, and they were right! We will stop here again.

Chose Precision after reading AirNav and was not disappointed. Called ahead to get the gouge on fueling, and before I had finished at the self serve pump Jim rolled up in a golf cart with my sister-in-law and nephew. I asked where he wanted me to put the Cherokee and he said "we'll take care of her, grab your gear". Before I had my bags, a lineman was coming with a tow. Next morning, I walked in and told them I was ready and asked where my bird was tied down, and they told me they would bring her to the front door. This was on Sunday morning and mother's day no less. Well done! The other guys may be fine, but I will most likely never know with this kind of service next door. Thanks guys from the "Life is Good" Cherokee.

Precision provided excellent service. The line guy's were there to park me as soon as I pulled in (I didn't even call in-range). The rental car was waiting when we landed. Nice clean facilities/crew lounge. Very personable and helpful line guys. Definitely recommend.

While flying to PFN this weekend my transponder stopped reporting my altitude. The kind folks at Sowell Aviation refered me to the avionics shop at Precision, who came out on a Saturday to trouble shoot and fix my transponder. Thanks to Craig in avionics, I was able to enjoy my Saturday flying around in south Florida. I found the personal there to be professional and extremely knowledgable and will certainly be back in the future.
