Precision is one of the best. The staff is very friendly and prepared. Anticipating your arrival and departure makes the process quick and simple. I had a couple mechanical issues with my plane. The mechanics, particularly Mike, were honest, reasonable and quick. I needed the airplane fairly quickly and they not only had it ready, the maintenance personnel went above and beyond. A great experience all around. Whether you are in a little plane like mine or a large corporate jet, this is the best FBO hands-down.

I was weathered in at KPFN, so I went to Precision AvJet, and Andrew helped me push the plane in a hangar, and put gas in it immediately. Scott, Lynn and Crystal were over the top with customer service. The office was clean and had had many extras such as TV and Wireless Internet. The staff is completely squared away! Whatever these poor souls are getting paid is not nearly enough!! Can't wait to come back and hang out!

Were recently in Panama City on business and the rain amounts and days of rain were tremendous. The beautiful women and great line guys (sorry guys...Truth hurts) took excellent care of my aircraft. Anyone going to Panama City should make their stop at Precision. Good facility attended by great people. Keep up the quality of work for general aviation!

I highly recommend this place. I arrived on the evening of 6/29/09, was greeted by ground crew with a 'red carpet'. They had my rental car awaiting next to my airplane with 'doors open and a/c on'. All it took was a simple 5-minute stop to the counter and we were on our way. The entire staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, the facilities are very modern and accommodating. Oh yeah, their fuel is also less expensive that the 'guys' across the way :-) Thanks!

Used Precision Avjet in April. Was in and out several times over a week period (single engine Cessna) and everyone was terrific to work with whether it was 7:00 a.M. Or the middle of the afternoon. Always pleasant, always helpful and willing to do whatever. Fuel extremely reasonable with AirBoss discount. These people earn and deserve our business.

These folks provide awesome service! We flew in from Ft. Worth and found friendly faces and plenty of help. They made the stay easy by providing contact numbers and had everything ready when we both arrived and departed. It is so nice find out hospitality and customer service like this still exists - even for a Cessna single!

One of the best - Great job by all the employees for Customer Service. The AirNav Ad says "NO fees...BEST Service!" which I took to mean "NO" fees. There are in fact tie down and over night parking fees that they waive if you buy fuel. I'm OK with that, just a heads up here that when they say "NO fees" that doesn’t mean "No fees" of any kind. Great FBO!!

I stop at KPFN about twice a year enroute to Central Florida. Started using Precision when they first opened for business...Must have been 10 years ago. They just keep getting better. Stopped there 3/18 and the service was fantastic. Prices good, too. You'll like them.

When I asked if the self-serve pump was operating they said, "Leave it here, we'll give you the self serve price". Our ride was running late so Precision gave us a loaner to get lunch. After our stay at the beach for two days, we came back to learn that there was no ramp fee because we purchased fuel. What a deal. Nice, helpful people, great service and unbeatable fees. I would make a point to stop there in the future.

Very nice FBO with friendly service. We only stopped in for a few hours, and we had a good impression of the place. We took the courtesy car (rather run-down Cadillac), but we only got dinner, so we appreciated the free car nonetheless. We will definitely return if we go back to Panama City. N17386.

Precision Avjet is the perfect place to experience first-rate professionalism and customer service in a friendly atmosphere. They help a tremendous amount with anything from great places to eat on the gulf (I suggest either Smittys BBQ or Uncle Ernie's) to a great hotel with a view! To top it all off, they never charged a landing fee and said they plan to keep it that way. Oh, and if you ever need anything at all, just ask for Lynn or Crystal!

This is a very friendly FBO with super helpful line crew. With only three hours notice Precision got us a great rental car. Crystal knows the town well and can recommend the best places to stay and get you a great rate. Tyndall Approach made arriving and departing easy. Panama City Beach was lots of fun with something for everyone and we hope to be back again soon.

I landed our Baron in a driving rain. Their staff stood out in the rain with us to unload our bags. They had my car ready to go. Same thing when we left. Three men assisted in getting our plan loaded and ready in the rain that weekend. All very helpful and friendly!

I frequent this FBO in my V35B as we use our vacation home. The service is excellent and twice I've required mx and the mechanics were superb. Mx fees were reasonable and the turnaround time excellent. Recommend!

Second stop in to try this facility, and I thought it might be my last. I was called directly by the manager of the facility, Mr. Kish, who provided me with some compelling information on recent circumstances at their facility that deserves a re-look. I will give this facility another chance. If all the folks who work there is as dedicated to improving their facility as Mr. Kish is, then they deserve another chance. What a great stop! We fly in for a meager amount of gas in an ancient J-3 and they sent us out to lunch in a crew car. Uncle Ernie's was the best! We'll be back, that's for sure.

We spent over a week at Precision with our B-25 "Pacific Prowler" giving rides and performing maintenance on the airplane. They bent over backwards to help us out, from loaning us tools, to fielding phone calls about rides. When we left we felt like part of the family. A great place to stop.

I'm usually not one to provide comments, but the folks at Precision AvJet in Panama City have been too good to me for too long! They don't care if I pull up in my Mooney or in our company's Eclipse Jet: I get the same great service regardless. They have even stayed open late to fuel my old Apache. Spent the day at Panama City Beach and left my plane here. Everyone from the lineman to the super ladies behind the counter was very helpful and nice. Had rental car there in 5 mins. And everything went as smooth as possible. Will always go back here.

I'll echo the positive comments about service. Weather put us down in PC (aw shucks) and we just got lucky when we picked Precision. Rental car, hotel, and fuel needs were very quickly and professionally handled. Crystal and Patty were very helpful and seemed happy to help. Furthermore, I'll go ahead and say what all the OTHER pilots wanted to say - OMG, Crystal and Patty are beautiful! It's worth a stop just to see their smiles. This stop is a definite do again - and again - and again...

Due to comments posted on AirNav, I chose Precision over the competition. I am glad I did. This may not be the fanciest FBO but attention to detail and very friendly customer service is right up in there with the best FBOs in the country. Here you will experience the best line service and if you are lucky Mike Shelby will greet when you open the door. Mike is without a doubt the friendliest person at an FBO I have ever experienced. I wouldn't bother with parking elsewhere... It just doesn't get any better than this.

We used this FBO for a weekend stay, arriving in our 55 Baron. Line service was very responsive, professional, and friendly. The counter staff quickly handled all of our needs with no delay. Overall a great experience, we will certainly use Precision again.

Great experience. Everyone nice. Quick service. Fuel is expensive compared to some nearby airports but we fueled up anyway because we were already there. I asked about a restaurant I could walk to (because it says in a Nov 2006 entry below) and they didn't know what I was talking about. Got a courtesy car and we were on our quickly.

Flew in early evening on a Saturday and the line guys were busy so the receptionist came out and parked me. What a pleasant surprise, she set us up with a crew car for a couple of hours and even after receiving a full service top off she gave me fuel discount. This FBO has gone above and beyond every time I go there. They truly deserve the credit of being the top FBO on the field. Without a doubt I will continue to use them every time I'm at PFN.

The staff at Precision Aviation in KPFN put this FBO on the top of my personnel list of most professional, friendly, fast customer service oriented FBO's that is second to none and sets the bar high for others to reach this level of service. We flew our company's Citation V into Precision Aviation on 5/25/07 and were greeted promptly with both our passengers and crews needs attentively taken care of from the moment we landed till the moment we departed. Much thanks and "above and beyond" professional praise is due to the following as well as anyone else that I may have neglected to recognize: Kevin Gorham, Jim Harwood, Obed Dejesus and especially Crystal Hibbard who personally went as far as to pick us up from the hotel at five the next morning prior to their normal operating hours after working late the night before, to get us to the airport, prepped for and executing our early departure. Flew my Archer down here originally for business, then got "stuck" as the blizzard from hell raged 700 miles north at my home airport. Kept changing my departure time, renewing the reasonable rental car, all effortlessly on the phone. I even put in for a reasonably priced avionics recertification while "stuck", Victor was very helpful and proud of his operation, and showed me around. When ready to leave early on a cold gusty morning, they had the golf cart out there and some help to correct a minor issue. Tower and approach above average too. This is a very fine FBO, well run, and treated an Archer driver from up north like the big boys. Put Precision on your route.

Flew into Panama City yesterday for a meeting with a client. On Friday afternoon I called ahead to make a reservation and was greeted on the phone by Patty. What a delight. She was warm, knowledgeable, and smart. Arriving on Saturday I was greeted on the line by Steve. Imagine a line person with personality, a smile, and brains. Stopped in today on a business trip, landed with a dead transponder.. Gave the avionics guy a heads-up as we were leaving, and when we returned a couple hours later, it was fixed - reasonable rates, incredible service, and a genuinely friendly staff. Keep it up - you've got my loyalty. Thumbs-up all around.
