What a great experience. Ann goes way above and beyond to take care of clients. This is a super facility and getting better all the time. I know of several larger facilities that could learn much from this gem of an airport. Thanks Ann!

We were excited to be greeted with a friendly voice on the radio and the use of new facilities and the availability of fuel. Ann is very helpful and accommodating. Keep up the good work. We will be back on our next fishing trip.

I have been in aviation for 30+ years and rarely get to see the level of service we received when we taxied our Lear onto the ramp at Calhoun County Airport (KPKV). Ann and her crew met us on the ramp with our rental car and greeted our passengers professionally, loaned us a crew car, fueled us up and showed us around. Clean updated facility well maintained. The County should be very proud of this FBO. Keep up the great job Ann. Hope to see you soon.

Please accept my warmest thanks to all of you for your gracious comments. The pilots and people coming into this airport is what makes this FBO what it is. Those of us who work here at KPKV and Calhoun Air Center take a great deal of pride in our FBO and sincerely look forward to serving the needs of GA. I agree with all the comments about this FBO, especially after Ann has taken the patron. I arrived late evening on Thursday, July 30, 2009 and the FBO was closed. A young instructor teaching class invited me in. I talked a little went to use the very clean restroom, got a coke and waited on my ride. I went fishing for three days and left on Sunday, August 2, 2009. When I arrived Ann wanted to know if there was anything I needed and I said no. I checked my plane, took a restroom break and purchased something cool for the flight. Told all goodbye and got into my plane for departure. I checked the local ASOS, which I believe, was 17 miles away and got the local ALT. And as I departed Ann came over the CTAF and informed me of the local weather there at the airport. All in all I would highly recommend flying in for any reason, fishing comes to mind.

I drove in and visited the airport today. Ann was as sweet a person I have ever met. Place is super clean. Every person there treated my 4 year old son like gold while I talked with Aaron about starting flight training. Looking forward to learning here.

What a great FBO. I've been friends with Walter for 20+ years, but have to admit that the place looks terrific. Looks like lots more practice approaches in the PA30, with landings to a full stop.

I've been in PKV twice in the last two weeks and every time they are so nice. SUGGESTION, fly to Port Lavaca, fish in the area and have a great time. Ann and her crew are great.

Ann and staff went out of their way to make sure our visit was great. Gave us a ride 30 minutes away with no notice. I will definitely be back soon! Gas was super cheap with full service! And the facility was just remodeled and nice! Ann is the best!

Calhoun Air Center is under new management and the paint is barely dry on a complete remodel of the FBO. I was very impressed with the new facility and the people could not have been nicer and more helpful. Anne, the manager, went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed for my trip, including a rental car from Enterprise (delivered right to the ramp) and overnight hangar for my plane. There's also a nice restaurant close by, so KPKV is now on my $100 Hamburger list.

Calhoun Air Center is awesome, very helpful and they aim to please. I have been a user of the facility for many years. Every airport manager shall take a lesson from Ann in hospitality.

I have been coming to Port Lavaca/Calhoun County, on fishing trips for many years. What an Improvement Ann and the new owner have done an outstanding Job. The attitude is very warm and the service is great!!!! Ann gave us a ride to the hotel and suggested a new restaurant, The Shellfish. The airport commission that choose this new operator made a good choice!!

Ann runs a super FBO and was the most pleasant person ever at an airport. Nice facility and adding a lot of new features in their renovation. Even gave helpful driving directions to my super lovely bride.

Called before I arrived, Ann greeted us at the airplane. Ann accommodated us quite well. Her fueling staff was helpful and friendly. This is a clean and comfortable FBO. I enjoyed my stay there. Ann thanks for the tour! I hope you guys succeed in continuing to make it a first class FBO

The service provided by this FBO is outstanding. The staff is helpful and considerate. They took good care of my airplane and helped me a lot by giving me good friendly advice regarding the nearby town.

Excellent service with a smile from Ann. If you have occasion to stop here for lunch or business, call ahead and reserve their courtesy car. Also, their new fuel farm is up and running with 100LL and Jet A.

Very nice FBO with a very nice staff. I liked Walter, but Ann is a class act. Fuel price is good, and the hangar is finally clean.

The new FBO is a super nice facility with personable staff and two beautiful new aircraft available for rent. It's a first class FBO - the coffee is hot, the bathrooms are clean and the TV's are big. The new owners have really put a lot of work into this place and it shows.

Flew into PVK today without prior notice. The airport is quite nice, which compliments the superb staff wonderfully. After some payment issues arose, they were more than accommodating in getting me back in the air and on to my customers with a minimum of delay! A++ FBO, I will definitely be in again and recommend others to visit as well! BTW, helicopter friendly as well!
