With POU as my home base, I cannot speak any higher of the line crew. Great guys. Very friendly and helpful. They recently moved into a new facility at the main terminal. Much nicer place to come into and relax.

A side note to my October trip. After using the Hertz car for a bit under 24 hours, I dropped it off at the FBO, and flew home. Imagine my surprise on being billed for 7 days! I am still fighting Hertz on this. Watch out for this operation.

Price went up from 4.29 to 4.61 in 6 days; call ahead. Hertz car was 1.5 hours late, had to call several times after arrival to get it that soon. Very inconvenient ground access, line guy has to drive to gate and open it, so you can drive the 1/4-mile to the FBO. Line guys were all very nice.

Flew in for lunch at the excellent restaurant not far from the field. Very friendly service. They even drove us to the restaurant because it was below 0 outside. Cheap fuel, filled while we were at lunch.

Unanticipated stop at KPOU due to severe TS near KALB. Found line service attendant Bill to be very helpful. Comfortable and friendly FBO. Highly recommend!

City ramp (BP) has good prices & friendly service as usual. The Runway cafe/deli is open, a short walk from the city ramp. Food is inexpensive in the deli and service is good

Efficient and friendly line personnel - really go out of their way to help. Great pilot lounge and flight planning room.
