Was RON here Tuesday and Wednesday night. I topped off with fuel and was still charged $60 for two days tiedown- nobody's fault but my own, I should have checked. I travel around the country with my airplane and almost every FBO I have been too does not charge tiedown fee with fuel, or they waive the first night, and its usually closer to $15 per day. Just wanted to let everyone know that it doesn't matter if you fuel up or not- tiedown is $30 bucks a day. I believe I will go back to using Sundance- it's actually easier to get to (via land) than this place and no tiedown fee with fuel purchase. Service was fine, I rented a car, they had it ready to go, I just don't agree with tiedown charges.

After a few visits in a Grumman Tiger this is a great FBO at a larger airport...Guess the competition doesn't hurt, but the staff is friendly and efficient. Others should follow their lead. Thanks

From the initial email with Donna I felt confident that Metrea would be a good choice to leave my aircraft for a few days. She is very responsive and her team is professional and efficient. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in town, thank you!!

Great service from Donna and her crew. My rental car was pulled up to my 182 before the line had it chocked and then immediately fueled my bird at the lowest price I paid in my cross-country from San Diego to Nashville. A very nice FBO facility to relax and take a break. I highly recommend Meta.

From initial contact days before arrival to set up rental car and ramp parking, to departure day, Donna and team were above and beyond on service levels. Got me a great rate on the rental car, proactively put me in the hangar due to high winds for tiedown cost, and had me staged and fueled for departure on schedule. Facility is very nice with all facilities you need, easy ingress and egress, and fuel prices well below others on the field. By the way, I fly a Saratoga not a Gulfstream. You'd be crazy not to take advantage of this great FBO while at KPWA!

Called at the last minute for an unplanned flight from SoCal. Donna was very helpful in arranging a rental car. We coordinated by cell phone as I refueled enroute. Weather turned bad - high winds and very cold - Donna and her crew moved my Arrow into a hangar to protect it. I can say too much about how responsive they were to my needs.

Stayed at ServiceCenter for one day / night last week and was very impressed! Vincent - Deborah - Leslie and the rest of the staff took care of my brand new Cirrus like it was their own aircraft. Vincent took the time to find out where I needed to be the next day for meetings and ran a map quest printout to the car so I would be all set and on time the following day. He researched several hotel options for me including guest reviews, and offered his local knowledge of all. Very impressive service from the staff all around. A management member stopped by on my day of departure and said " we're really happy you gave us an opportunity to do business with you. Is there anything we could have improved upon? Well we want to thank you for your business, it means a lot to us" Impressive.... Now if I could only run my own business that well!
