This was our 2nd experience at PWK and I was just so impressed with the staff and facilities. We normally don't use Signature facilities but PWK put us in the hangar during a snowstorm once (for free) so we came back yesterday to say "thanks". It was an easy in/out to pick up a pax who came into ORD and got a ride up to PWK. They offered a crew car to go pick up my pax too. Definitely would return to Signature PWK. Thank you.

Flew the gene pool into PWK over Easter weekend in a C182. Very easy in and out from the Signature location. Both the line crew and counter personnel were great! Signature provides complimentary snacks at the counter, and the ladies were more than patient as my genius offspring left trails of popcorn on their floor. Kudos also to the controllers at PWK - job well done.

The best in service! Stopped in for a few hours in the company Citation Bravo. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Our passengers had a small problem with their rental car and instead of making them wait to get a car the CSR lent them a Signature car. Thanks for great service and very nice facilities. Also, the line service asked several times if I needed anything and was very prompt with any requests. We'll be back!

All the folks at this location know how to treat you right! This was my second trip to deliver an Eclipse to PWK for maintenance so it isn't a fluke. Both trips, the handling and personnel were great to deal with and all needs were met promptly, efficiently, and with the kind of friendly attitude we all seek. Thanks!

It is absolutely amazing to me that Signature stays in business charging what they do -- expensive gas and fees on top. Being a charter operator I EXPECT to pay for service and I depend on the FBO to be there for me and my passengers, and I know they have to stay in business and I want to help them be there. Great line staff, good service. I dropped off two passengers and was told the fees would all be waived, as it was a sub-trip for another operator. If I had just dropped and gone, no fees; but as I needed a bit of gas to get home I was charged a $5 "Infrastructure Fee". I was told that was to cover the Internet costs -- yet while there is wireless Internet, no flight planning computer was provided. In other words, because I did business with Signature, I was charged a fee; if I hadn't gotten gas, no fee??? Good grief, no wonder GA is languishing.

Expect to pay extra for fuel in this locale, it is unfortunately the nature of the bea$t, and my only critici$m of $ignature at KPWK. Very helpful and generous. Had to go twice in a week, they made a car available and provided directions. The line guys moved my single engine piston to the front door making a departure that much easier. Not one single person was a star, they were just a great team working together to help the customer.

Real class act. They didn't treat me any different just because I was in a single engine piston. Great support with rental, gasing, and towing.

Great experience at this FBO. Always have great service, a clean facility, and really nice crew cars. This trip we had an electrical problem with the plane that caused us to spend the night. Signature couldn't have been more helpful with hotel, ride to, and pickup the next morning. Dave at Aviation Maintenance, Inc. (Hangar #6) had the plane fixed and ready to go early the next morning. Nice shop, very friendly and experienced staff. Fixed our P-210 for less than $100.00. Don't know anything about the other FBO on the field, but have been to Signature several times, and they are all about customer service here. Thanks again Signature, we'll be back.

Flew my unpainted, experimental in for a nearby training event for a few hours. Treated extremely well. Given nice rental car. High fuel price but worth the extra cost.

Stopped in for 2 nights on the way back from KOSH to visit family in Chicago. While the fuel prices are somewhat high compared to the rest of the country, for a "big-city" airport they were somewhat expected. Handling fee and fuel discounted because I topped off. Service was friendly and excellent, even for my lowly single-engine.

I hate the thought that I'm "cheap", and I know it costs a lot to build a hangar, and I don't mind paying a premium for fuel because it's "Chicago".... But Holy Smokes! 197 dollars a night for two nights of hangar space for a light twin even when you bought a hundred or so gallons of fuel? Maybe for the first day because they had to hook it to a tug but I paid less at Bozeman when it was a snowstorm.

Friendly. Helped us for a sightseeing tour with a headset for a woman. Gave us a ride to the rental cars at O’Hare Int'l. One of the friendliest services I have met so far. Great guy from Poland, Rafael. He was patient driving us around to our car. Thanks Rafael and good luck for you future, I wish you the best to success your dreams.

One of the top FBOs in my opinion. Consistently excellent and friendly line service, gals at the desk are top notch. Clean, updated facilities, very nice crew cars, and sleep rooms available. We average one stop per week here, and have never had a complaint.

Their handling fee is up to $30 now and the girl behind the counter was rude when I asked her what it was. It's as if they know the landing fee is ridiculously high and they expect to argue with every pilot who lands. The linemen are terrific, but the exchange with the girl at the front desk left me sour.
