RBD is the airport of choice and Jet Center is the FBO of choice. Our son and his wife live in Dallas; we wouldn't think of landing anywhere else when we visit them.

I flew in almost a month ago and remembered I promised the nice ladies behind the counter a write-up on AirNav. The courtesy car had interesting character - the radio turns on and off when the doors are locked and unlocked! We had a good laugh over that. The ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful. We only stopped for about an hour but we'll certainly be back.

Went in to Dallas Exec last week for the first time. Usually go to Love Field but the fuel prices at RBD seemed too good to pass up. Really good service at Jet Center. Kelly in the office and the guys on the line crew were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Jet Center of Dallas is a top-tier FBO. The services are complete, fast, and nicely priced. But, it's the friendly and helpful staff that makes it what it is. I was there to pick-up my newly purchased airplane, but the weather in Dallas that day kept it away. That didn't stop the folks at Jet Center of Dallas from helping me out. They literally went the extra mile and gave me a ride to Dallas Love to catch a commercial flight. They've made a loyal customer out of me. This is now my preferred FBO in the greater Dallas area. They'll get my business EVERY time.

These folks are great! Lineman met me as I taxied in my Twin Comanche on a dark night, kept the plane in their hangar, and had it waiting for me after I had called with my departure time. On top of that, they had some extra barbecue in their conference room and let me take some so that I would have in-flight dining on a long flight home. Randy Davis

When I fly to Dallas, I will go here! They gave me the SS Jet fuel price even though I got full service, put me in a heated hangar overnight for free because I bought fuel! Our car rental was sitting on the tarmac parking area just waiting for us! Maurice added oil for me, and he and Kristine were both tremendous! I recommend this FBO if you are in the Dallas area!

Pulled up in our SR22 to Jet Center of Dallas on a cold and very windy day. Met by two linemen who assisted with luggage. Had the two rental cars requested on the ramp. Also assisted with filling my O2 bottle. First class service all the way!

Another visit to the Jet Center. We arrived just as the tower was closing in a driving freezing wind. Nonetheless, Albert was out there to guide us in and get us parked. Inside, Heather made all the necessary arrangements for us. Very helpful. I'll be back.

Another great visit to Jet Center of Dallas. As usual, they are very friendly and responsive. I landed on Christmas day and was met by two gentlemen who promptly fueled my plane and towed it to the transient hangar. Outstanding service.

Nice girl at the front desk, nice facilities, everyone was friendly. Only draw back was waiting over an hour for fuel. They couldn't get in contact with line service, some kind of issue with their phones while they were in the back hangar. Jet center did give a small discount on the fuel which was a nice gesture.

This is a great facility, and the people are really friendly too! The courtesy car is new and comfortable. Prices are reasonable, and they were quick to put our aircraft in the hangar when freezing rain was a possibility. We will be back whenever we need to be in Dallas.

Jet Center of Dallas was great! Self serve was as published. Rental car waiting for me on ramp when I arrived. Line crew greeted me before prop stopped spinning and helped me with my luggage by putting it into trunk of car. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Superb pilots lounge and snack lounge. Sleep rooms have 2 bunk beds in them. Will definitely be back here! Thanks JCD!

We arrived the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and departed the Sunday after. The ramp personnel were very helpful and friendly. My biggest concern is always the towing of my Mooney. They are very familiar with the limits of towing Mooney’s. Thanks Jet Center.

First visit to KRBD. Passenger limo was pulled up quickly after we shut down. 2 linemen took luggage from me and loaded it into the van. Crew car was pulled up to the airplane quickly. Customer service manager at desk was prepared with rental car paperwork. 1st class operation. Very enjoyable experience at RBD. Will be back.

Absolutely without peer. Tony, Erin and Christy provided exceptional service. The car was running, I was marshaled to the front door, paperwork on the rental car was a snap, the courtesy car is nicer than my personal car, and the prices are the best in the area. Terrific 24/7 services. The fact that it is their policy to put overnight aircraft into one of their extremely spacious hangars is the first sign of the level of service they are willing to provide. Quick fuel either through full or self-serve. Self-serve pump is on the south side of the field next to Cutter. Jet Center is at the other end of the ramp. If you buy fuel there are no fees to be paid. While there I got my plane washed for a reasonable price and O2 serviced. My plane was hangared for 6 nights. I then topped off with the cheapest fuel in the area and went happily on my way. Access to downtown Dallas or the other highways in the vicinity is great. A cab to downtown is between $15-$20. The distance is about the same as to Love Field so I'd go where the service is superior! Thanks, Jet Center!

A friendly, quick FBO with very clean facilites, good fuel prices and on the ball staff. I frequently fly into Dallas. RBD is the most accessible airport; Jet Center is my preferred FBO. Service is always good whether I have called ahead or not. I can be driving away within a minute of arrival.

Arrived in bad weather.... Rental car running... Three linemen to help unload the plane.... 14 minutes later, plane in their hangar for no charge all weekend...I fly to Dallas a lot, and this place ranks the best in greater Dallas area with REGAL AVIATION at Love Field a close second but 1.50-2.00 dollars a gallon more expensive!!

We flew in from NV on Feb 18th, and even though it was a Sunday evening, a wonderful gentleman was waiting for us with a car, fresh coffee, and a large, clean, and well lit FBO. We were given excellent service & our 210 was hangared with skill. These people are professionals; yet treat you like someone important. Our first time to RBD and the Jet Center, but certainly not the last!!

You just can't get better service at an FBO anywhere in the US. Arrived on a morning of inclement weather. They put my plane in the hangar (for free), topped me off with the cheapest fuel by far in the area, and overnighted my cell phone to me before I even could figure out where I had left it. Unbelievable service. Thanks a lot guys.

Recently switched to RBD from DAL when in Dallas as fuel prices were getting obscene. Jet Center offers first class service at reasonable fuel prices. All employees treat you like family.

Can't say enough about the positive experience I had at Jet Center and Dallas Executive. I made a last minute trip to Dallas and needed a car for the day. I called Jet Center and they arranged for the car, which was pulled up next to my plane on arrival. All the paper work was completed quickly. Fuel price was less than I anticipated for a Metroplex airport. The winds were gusty - 40 knots on final! I asked for tie down for the day, but they rolled my T206 in the hangar for the day N/C. I'll look forward for to the opportunity to use Jet Center again. Highly recommend!

Called ahead last friday night to let them know I would be in Sat afternoon, staying overnight, and would need a rental car. They said no problem, they have plenty on hand. The next day, I forgot to call them on the radio until I was only 5 minutes out, but when we pulled up they had the car waiting and helped us with the bags. The line personnel seemed genuinely happy to help. He even offered to vacuum out our Cessna 340 on the spot! I said "Sure, thanks!" By the time I had finished handing him the bags and went inside, the girl behind the desk had already printed up Mapquest directions for my pax to get to the hotel! After a quick stop in the mens room, I went out to the aircraft to lock it up and the line guy was out there finishing up the vac job. I thought he might do a quick once over with a dustbuster, but he was out there with a full size Shop Vac! All I can say is WOW! Now that's service. Next time we come to Dallas, we will stop at Jet Center in Redbird.

These guys are great! Freezing rain diverted us to KRBD. They loaned us the courtesy car, called the hotel, put the C421 in the hanger (since we filled up) and gave us the directions to our dinner choice. In addition we received the self-service price when they fueled. I absolutely recommend these guys, they were friendly, helpful and quick.

Well, definitely not awesome. I'd call it OK. The lineman didn't come out until after we'd exited the airplane (PA32). He fueled us promptly. The physical plant is very nice, having a big TV with cable and comfortable chairs. The place is spotless. The young lady behind the desk projected 'bored.' We bought fuel and asked for a car to go to lunch (we arrived at 12:45 PM). She said none was available because it had been promised to someone who was going to have it overnight (!). No offer to call a cab or any other transportation alternatives. Only food was a vending machine. Coffee pot with no coffee. Pop corn machine with no popcorn. Cookie machine no cookies. You get the idea. Bottom line: I'll give the other guys a try next time I'm at Executive.

Jet Center Dallas may be the epitome of aviation service, but they are the scum of the Internet. They sent me SPAM (unsolicited commercial email) trying to solicit my business. (I have no previous relationship with them and have no idea how they got my email address.) I will never do business with a SPAMMER and I urge you to boycott them as well.

This is the place to go when in Big D w/ ASEL equipment. The SS pump was broke so they gave me FS for SS prices and hangared the Bellanca. The folks are great. Definitely will return. Regional approach is another matter. Got the whole tour of the east side of Dallas. So much for the Finger Three Arrval. Better on leaving with the Texoma Eight Departure.
