I had the pleasure of picking up and dropping off at KRBD on the way up and back to/from Iowa last week. Everything was great, gas prices are fantastic compared to where I live (San Marcos), the service/staff was very friendly and there just couldn't be anything more to ask. The facilities are great as well. Hats off to Jet Center.

Went back on the 16th for another overnight trip. Great service again. The rental car was ready and driven up to the plane as I parked. The fine crew put it in the hangar overnight and had it fueled and ready when I went back to leave. I'm heading back tomorrow for another visit. Gary

Stopped in for a business trip because of low cost fuel. Great service. Had the rental at the plane when I pulled up and gave me self-service price for full service. Put my 172 in the hangar overnight to guard against storms. I'll be back for the friendly high quality service

I flew into KRBD and used Jet Center of Dallas for my stay from May 29-June 1, 2009. I was stunned at the price of 100LL ($2.98/gal). My rental car was waiting and cooled down. The ramp assistants helped me unload my luggage and family (including a toddler and infant). Most of all I was totally surprised at that Tony waived the hangar fee for me to keep my plane inside for the entire stay. Service was top notch and you cannot beat the price anywhere.

Once again the service at Jet Center was overwhelming flew in from T82 for a 2 hr meeting in Dallas let me use a car also ask if the plane could get a wash Kelly set it up no problem got back the next day with a clean plane and full of fuel, Jet Center is the only place I Will fly into Dallas and a great staff! P.S fuel is cheaper than most small airports

You will not find a friendlier, more helpful FBO. Obviously you will go to Jet Center for the prices, but you will return for the service. With rental car waiting, you can be in areas served by Love in 25 minutes.

I was at Jet Center of Dallas on April 14 and the service was fabulous. Tony and Kelly allowed me to use one of the courtesy cars (a clean and fine van) for a couple of hours (and I was glad to fill it up with gas even though no one asked me to). My Comanche and I were treated first class and the entire experience was pleasurable. Flying into this airport and using this FBO made my trip better. Period. I am a fan and will be back.

Excellent! Best FBO I've been to in 10 years of flying. 10 minutes to downtown. They insisted I take their courtesy car. On this day, it was a new Chrysler 300 with leather. Fuel was very reasonable and they put the airplane in the hangar overnight at no cost. Great People. Manager's name is Tony. Be careful, another FBO has similar name.

Take advantage of the convenience of RBD and the outstanding service at Jet Center of Dallas. Travel time to downtown Dallas is less than the time from DAL, DFW, or ADS. I've tried them all. RBD is equal to them, easier to get in, shorter taxi, and same time travel to downtown. Jet Center of Dallas is equal to any of the FBO's at those big airports. Staff and service are truly outstanding. Prices reasonable. Don't miss this.

Brought my family in for a concert on Sunday night. Incredible service, the rental car was brought right out to the plane, fueling began as we left, directions were provided to where we were going, and the facilities for my co-pilot were impeccable. When I come to Dallas on business I will always use the Jet Center (as long as the keep fuel reasonable.

Jet Center of Dallas is a really good FBO. My company has had are planes based there for over a week now and they marshal you in every time you leave and come back in. They have the fuel truck there right when I shutdown, and then they have the tractor there right after the fuel truck to put me in the hangar. Good Job Jet Center!!

Will miss the great service and attention at Jet Center of Dallas. Hangared at Jet Center for the last year but recently relocated out-of-state - will be hard, if not impossible, to get anything close to the same service. Hurns Aircraft is just down the ramp for GA single and twin work. Kelly, Erin, Al, Tony and the ramp crew are great folks - what a pleasure. Won't stop anyplace else in the DFW airspace to get fuel and serviced.

I'd recommend going to Jet Center. Why? These people did a tremendously classy job of clearing up a misunderstanding that was probably my fault anyway. Zero attitude, helpful every step of the way, then accommodated me cheerfully and graciously without any extra charge. This is the test of any customer-oriented business and Jet Center passed with flying colors.

I flew in almost a month ago and remembered I promised the nice ladies behind the counter a write-up on AirNav. The courtesy car had interesting character - the radio turns on and off when the doors are locked and unlocked! We had a good laugh over that. The ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful. We only stopped for about an hour but we'll certainly be back.

Went in to Dallas Exec last week for the first time. Usually go to Love Field but the fuel prices at RBD seemed too good to pass up. Really good service at Jet Center. Kelly in the office and the guys on the line crew were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Jet Center of Dallas is a top-tier FBO. The services are complete, fast, and nicely priced. But, it's the friendly and helpful staff that makes it what it is. I was there to pick-up my newly purchased airplane, but the weather in Dallas that day kept it away. That didn't stop the folks at Jet Center of Dallas from helping me out. They literally went the extra mile and gave me a ride to Dallas Love to catch a commercial flight. They've made a loyal customer out of me. This is now my preferred FBO in the greater Dallas area. They'll get my business EVERY time.

These folks are great! Lineman met me as I taxied in my Twin Comanche on a dark night, kept the plane in their hangar, and had it waiting for me after I had called with my departure time. On top of that, they had some extra barbecue in their conference room and let me take some so that I would have in-flight dining on a long flight home. Randy Davis

When I fly to Dallas, I will go here! They gave me the SS Jet fuel price even though I got full service, put me in a heated hangar overnight for free because I bought fuel! Our car rental was sitting on the tarmac parking area just waiting for us! Maurice added oil for me, and he and Kristine were both tremendous! I recommend this FBO if you are in the Dallas area!

Pulled up in our SR22 to Jet Center of Dallas on a cold and very windy day. Met by two linemen who assisted with luggage. Had the two rental cars requested on the ramp. Also assisted with filling my O2 bottle. First class service all the way!

Another visit to the Jet Center. We arrived just as the tower was closing in a driving freezing wind. Nonetheless, Albert was out there to guide us in and get us parked. Inside, Heather made all the necessary arrangements for us. Very helpful. I'll be back.

Nice girl at the front desk, nice facilities, everyone was friendly. Only draw back was waiting over an hour for fuel. They couldn't get in contact with line service, some kind of issue with their phones while they were in the back hangar. Jet center did give a small discount on the fuel which was a nice gesture.

Jet Center of Dallas was great! Self serve was as published. Rental car waiting for me on ramp when I arrived. Line crew greeted me before prop stopped spinning and helped me with my luggage by putting it into trunk of car. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Superb pilots lounge and snack lounge. Sleep rooms have 2 bunk beds in them. Will definitely be back here! Thanks JCD!

First visit to KRBD. Passenger limo was pulled up quickly after we shut down. 2 linemen took luggage from me and loaded it into the van. Crew car was pulled up to the airplane quickly. Customer service manager at desk was prepared with rental car paperwork. 1st class operation. Very enjoyable experience at RBD. Will be back.

Terrific 24/7 services. The fact that it is their policy to put overnight aircraft into one of their extremely spacious hangars is the first sign of the level of service they are willing to provide. Quick fuel either through full or self-serve. Self-serve pump is on the south side of the field next to Cutter. Jet Center is at the other end of the ramp. If you buy fuel there are no fees to be paid. While there I got my plane washed for a reasonable price and O2 serviced. My plane was hangared for 6 nights. I then topped off with the cheapest fuel in the area and went happily on my way. Access to downtown Dallas or the other highways in the vicinity is great. A cab to downtown is between $15-$20. The distance is about the same as to Love Field so I'd go where the service is superior! Thanks, Jet Center!

A friendly, quick FBO with very clean facilites, good fuel prices and on the ball staff. I frequently fly into Dallas. RBD is the most accessible airport; Jet Center is my preferred FBO. Service is always good whether I have called ahead or not. I can be driving away within a minute of arrival.

Three linemen to help unload the plane.... 14 minutes later, plane in their hangar for no charge all weekend...I fly to Dallas a lot, and this place ranks the best in greater Dallas area with REGAL AVIATION at Love Field a close second but 1.50-2.00 dollars a gallon more expensive!!

We flew in from NV on Feb 18th, and even though it was a Sunday evening, a wonderful gentleman was waiting for us with a car, fresh coffee, and a large, clean, and well lit FBO. We were given excellent service & our 210 was hangared with skill. These people are professionals; yet treat you like someone important. Our first time to RBD and the Jet Center, but certainly not the last!!

You just can't get better service at an FBO anywhere in the US. Arrived on a morning of inclement weather. They put my plane in the hangar (for free), topped me off with the cheapest fuel by far in the area, and overnighted my cell phone to me before I even could figure out where I had left it.
