I took a few friends for a reunion weekend in Sisters. I landed at Butler about 10 years ago and hadn't been back since. I decided to try Redmond Air and we were VERY happy with the customer service we received. We were a little later arriving than anticipated. Our pick up was informed of our expected time of arrival without us calling and even telling them of our delayed departure. The staff was friendly and courteous and the self-serve fuel is right there. I highly recommend Redmond Air and will certainly return.

Flown in here a few times with a Piper Apache. Great FBO. Mechanics on location who helped fix my radio. Hot coffee ready every time.

Super nice staff. Taxi in, changed rental cars and out to dinner in no time. After a long hard day, a good FBO makes life easy.

Redmond Air is my home FBO. I'm a new pilot and aircraft owner (double the learning curve!). I have been very pleased with how the professional staff at Redmond Air has treated me. I see that same attention to detail and good customer service being shown to other GA aircraft that choose Redmond Air. I highly recommend them!

The Saturday before Thanksgiving, the T210 I was intending to fly failed its run-up magneto check. Lee and Steve stopped the work they were doing to help me. Bruce came in later to inspect and sign off the replacement of both magnetos. They were very helpful throughout, and the cost was very reasonable. I was able to leave later that afternoon. All this happened on a Saturday afternoon!

Having utilized Redmond Air recently on a trip to RDM in a Citation, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Katie was extremely helpful in not only arranging accommodations and a rental car, but also in helping plan our 4-day visit to the area. The General Manager, Mike Honey, was fantastic and ensured that we received first class service. And thanks to all for retrieving a fly rod mistakenly left behind! Being in the business of visiting many FBO's, I can say that Redmond Air is at the very top of my list, and I would highly recommend their services!

August 14, 2007. 1965 Cherokee 180C. Great service. Meet the plane with a red (alright grey and red) carpet. Helped cover the plane and unload bags. Opened gate to bring car to plane. After we left towed plane to tie down. Stayed 4 nights. Bought self-serve gas. No tie down charges. VERY friendly staff.

Friendly line staff, nice facility. Overnight parking fee waived with fuel purchase. Self-serve pump is down the taxiway west of the FBO.

Upon stopping at Redmond Air for fuel, I discovered that a hinge pin had sheared on the pilot's side door. Being able to continue our vacation on the Sunday before the July 4th holiday looked highly unlikely. Amazingly, Redmond Air was able to summon two mechanics to the airport. They found the part and fixed the door hinge. Only later did I learn that they had interrupted a weekend fishing trip (they were already at the lake!) to come in and help a customer. Redmond Air's employees really went above and beyond to allow us to get on our way, and we'll certainly be back!

This is a clean, friendly FBO. They've really spiffed up the interior this year, and I was pleasantly surprised to get help unloading the airplane. While you will usually see a jet or two, most of the transient aircraft are props. On the "nice side" of the airport short walking distance to the terminal.
