Redmond Air is my home FBO. I'm a new pilot and aircraft owner (double the learning curve!). I have been very pleased with how the professional staff at Redmond Air has treated me. I see that same attention to detail and good customer service being shown to other GA aircraft that choose Redmond Air. I highly recommend them!

The Saturday before Thanksgiving, the T210 I was intending to fly failed its run-up magneto check. Lee and Steve stopped the work they were doing to help me. Bruce came in later to inspect and sign off the replacement of both magnetos. They were very helpful throughout, and the cost was very reasonable. I was able to leave later that afternoon. All this happened on a Saturday afternoon!

Stopped at Redmond Air last week. Everyone very friendly. Great service.

Having utilized Redmond Air recently on a trip to RDM in a Citation, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Katie was extremely helpful in not only arranging accommodations and a rental car, but also in helping plan our 4-day visit to the area. The General Manager, Mike Honey, was fantastic and ensured that we received first class service. And thanks to all for retrieving a fly rod mistakenly left behind! Being in the business of visiting many FBO's, I can say that Redmond Air is at the very top of my list, and I would highly recommend their services!

August 14, 2007. 1965 Cherokee 180C. Great service. Meet the plane with a red (alright grey and red) carpet. Helped cover the plane and unload bags. Opened gate to bring car to plane. After we left towed plane to tie down. Stayed 4 nights. Bought self-serve gas. No tie down charges. VERY friendly staff.

Friendly line staff, nice facility. Overnight parking fee waived with fuel purchase. Self-serve pump is down the taxiway west of the FBO.

Upon stopping at Redmond Air for fuel, I discovered that a hinge pin had sheared on the pilot's side door. Being able to continue our vacation on the Sunday before the July 4th holiday looked highly unlikely. Amazingly, Redmond Air was able to summon two mechanics to the airport. They found the part and fixed the door hinge. Only later did I learn that they had interrupted a weekend fishing trip (they were already at the lake!) to come in and help a customer. Redmond Air's employees really went above and beyond to allow us to get on our way, and we'll certainly be back!

This is a clean, friendly FBO. They've really spiffed up the interior this year, and I was pleasantly surprised to get help unloading the airplane. While you will usually see a jet or two, most of the transient aircraft are props. On the "nice side" of the airport short walking distance to the terminal.

I can tell that all individuals writing about Redmond Air has experienced the same kind of excellence with the line employees. It is also obvious that none of them have had a need for maintenance/repair work done... I brought my airplane in June 2006 for a routine annual inspection - IT IS STILL THERE - it is not ready - they've made a lot of mistakes, they've been very misleading in their reports and they are ignoring my simple calls and email messages asking for any updates. My suggestion to aircraft owners in need of maintenance would be to avoid Redmond Air. Aside from that - the line staff and service is excellent!!

Wonderful FBO; staff were very friendly. A really nice facility. Thank you for being helpful. Self-service fuel available; need to wait a few minutes to obtain printed receipt.

From Don Laurila on 16-Aug-2006
We chose Redmond Air based on prior comments. We were happy with results. They called to get us reservations at the Redmond Inn who sent a taxi to pick us up at the Inn's expense (also returned us the next morning). Great staff.

Stopped at Redmond Air, based on the positive comments and SS fuel price. We felt welcomed and were treated extremely well. Loved the free popcorn and coffee in the lobby! Look for the self-serve sign directing you behind the Redmond Air lobby building to the pumps. Pilots lounge is separate from the lobby building -- contains weather computer, big screen TV, and pool table.

Stopped twice on my way to Klamath Falls and back. Stellar service, they also have self-service. They even gave me a free t-shirt. Definitely stopping by again if I'm in that way.

Two visits recently. The first time they carried all the bags, were right there to help and had a rental car in the works. The second time I mentioned I was staying overnight and they just handed me the keys to a courtesy car. First class FBO.

From Allen Goodwin on 14-Oct-2005
They stayed open late to get me gas. Very helpful, friendly and nice to deal with. Nice facility.

From Paul Ito on 12-Sep-2005
I visited RDM in August on my first X-country flight out of California. The staff helped with bags, my rental car from Avis was waiting for me, and they even started it up and had the air conditioning running. They fueled the plane and waved parking fees for my extended weekend.

From Gary Edwards on 07-Sep-2005
I used their facility during Labor Day weekend. Nice, modern, and clean. They were quick to attend to my refueling needs. The refueling person was very friendly. I will use them again.
