Our Alternative Operations Area, also known as our grass strip named "Smuggler's Landing" was torn up, smoothed out and replanted last fall, forcing us to close it during this past Winter and into this Spring/Summer. We'll reopen the AOA as soon as possible, when our grass is poppin' and the strip is groomed and ready for you to experience some Rockwood Backcountry - it'll be worth it, we promise!
