We spent the Thanksgiving weekend with Jet West in our C182 and the staff was wonderful. Our rental car was ready and priced very competitively. When we commented how much we disliked circus-circus (which had been our choice) the counter staff jumped on to finding us a better hotel for our return in two weeks. I recommend this FBO as a high quality operation.

We keep coming back to Jet West every time we're in Reno. Today we were greeted with a smile, and were given the use of the crew car to head into town for lunch and a little blackjack. Even though we were flying a Turbo Arrow, we were treated as if we'd arrived in a kerosene burner. While avgas at $5.05 isn't cheap, it's certainly the lowest price you'll find anywhere on the field. I highly recommend Jet West over the other guys on the field. We'll be back.

I fly into Reno frequently. I always use Jet West. I fly a Bonanza and they treat me wonderfully. You would think I was a G-V. Jet West is friendly, personal, professional and helpful in every way. Give Jet West your business, they are great!

More excellent service. I arrived Saturday evening, for fuel and overnight. When I checked out Sunday, the AirBoss fuel price had gone up. The FBO must be new to the program, because the staff didn't know anything about it. After conferring with someone on the phone, they said they still didn't know anything about the AirBoss program, but would honor the lower price anyway- and they said it with a smile. Good customer service! and good customer satisfaction! This will certainly be my FBO in Reno.

Excellent friendly service. The line crew at Jet West greeted us and then provided transportation over to the Atlantis Casino; they even collected us for our departure. The facilities are excellent! We will use this FBO again! Thanks!

I parked with Atlantic, but when they couldn't quote me a per gallon price for their fuel, I taxied to Jet West. It was a much nicer experience, but somehow they report they charged me wrong, so I received an additional $9 charge a week later. Additionally, the lineman came in and said he fueled the wrong side of the plane. So I had one full side and one low side. The lineman reported he had been awake for 24 hours. They need to let the linemen get some rest so they don't kill us.

To Mr. Mollerup, I take these comments very seriously, and apologize for your experience. Not only did the line staff fail, but the $9 charge shows that our counter staff did too. As for the "up for 24 hours" comment from our staff member, I want to assure you and all AirNav users that Jet West does not schedule line staff for more than 10 hours in a 24-hour period. Awesome FBO! Going to Reno? Take your business to Jet West. Flew in for the final day of the air races. Amongst all the mayhem, they handled us as if we were the most important people on the ramp. Rental car was ready and waiting. Check-in / checkout smooth and efficient. Special thanks to Dawn for going all out.

I came in our Bonanza for the Reno Air Races. I was happy with the service although you must register and pay in advance to reserve parking for the races. I received a good discount from the posted price I presume because I used an AirBP VISA card.

A great FBO - professional, friendly service, and reasonably priced for a major airport. Handled the every need of our light twin (oxygen, red carpet treatment, fuel service, ridges to/from the hotel), and even helped us when we lost the airplane keys (reminder - travel with a second set in your spouse's wallet). Would not hesitate to visit Jet West again - everything was handled superbly from the van driver to the desk service to the line guys. Plus, the FBO was exceptionally clean, a hallmark of a meticulously run operation.

I had to drop in to KRNO for a quick errand today in my C182. I literally got the red carpet treatment, and use of a crew car. I was happy to top off with their relatively reasonably priced fuel. Highly recommend.

My 2nd time here. The front desk helped me reserved a car. However when I put all my signatures to accept the terms, as instructed, I ended up accepting the insurance as well (no I did not read lines). As a result, I got a bill for $80+ for a day of car rental. Fortunately, I made ~$50 at the casino, so it's even.:) I feel this is a great facility at a great location with lots of services. I just wish the front desk could be a little more helpful to take care of the customers.

I stop in a couple of times per month. Ryan has a very capable and professional crew that takes good care of our little single. I have phoned ahead with unusual requests and they have always been able to accommodate me. Look for the cookie jar next to the coffee. Yummy!

I was in town this weekend for a wedding...Not the Air Races. Jet West did not want to deal with me, even though I've always used their FBO whenever I RON at RNO. So I parked at Atlantic Aviation on the east side (formerly Mercury Aviation).

Parking during the Air Races is limited for single engine tie-down. Reno can get very windy, thus we did have to turn people away during this event. We did this for your safety, not to turn our regular customers away. The parking fee is increased during the event to pay for the additional labor needed to handle the additional volume of aircraft. I hope this comment helps in understanding why our normal customer service and pricing is different during this event. Please call in advance for the 2009 Air Races, and please call me directly so I can rectify any misunderstandings. Thank to all..

Jet West made my hotel reservation and gave me a great parking spot for the Races. It was expensive ($25/night) but probably justified for the races.

Excellent service about 6/30/2008; Only negative is that their fuel is still coded as "other" on the credit card purchase and as such does not get the 3% discount by the credit card company. If an FBO does not code your purchase as "vehicle expense" when you buy fuel you will not get the discount.

Always the Best! These people are professionals who have always been helpful and treated my 182 and me like we were a G5! From reservations at the hotel, a ride to and from and the fresh cookies, you won't find a better and more consistent FBO. And they are really nice too!

I had an excellent experience with Jet West. Upon arriving my rental car brought out to my aircraft and I was fueled and on my way in ten minutes. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This is now my FBO of choice in Reno.

Look out for the ramp charges, They waved one night because I bought $300.00 of fuel then charged me 25.00 for one night parking my Comanche. I paid them for a rental car it was a hassle. Not very professional. I go to Reno couple times a year won't go back to this FBO

SLOW... I stopped there two days in a row and got very slow service. No urgency and complete disregard to our presence. You would think that with a company jet, you would get better service. Both days it took them over twenty minutes to get a fuel truck over to us. I will use the other FBOs on the field the next time I'm at Reno. I hear Atlantic is much better.

After wrestling the, new to me, 1949 C195 on the ground in RNO the people at Jet West took very good care of us. They secured a reservation for a room at the Grand Sierra Hotel and gave us a ride to it. They came and picked us up in the morning for our departure. The FBO is top of the line and the service was wonderful. And all that for $15.00 overnight fee. Thanks to all. Ron Payson, AZ

Stopped at Jet West a couple of times over the past week. Although we use Reno frequently, we had always used another FBO for years. The reception and service at Jet West was terrific. We appreciated their professionalism and attitude very much. We will definitely return to Jet West.

Flew into Jet West for a few hours in our Turbo Arrow on 10/20/07. We received friendly service, a welcome cookie, and a free crew car for the trip into town for lunch. Ramp fee was waived after we bought 15 gallons avgas. I have used Mercury once (horrible) and Jet West three times, and every time I have received excellent service from Jet West. Definitely the best option at KRNO.

I got to Reno with no car or hotel reservations. Dawn did a stellar job for me! She called 5 hotels before she found one not sold out. She got me a room at the Grand Sierra Resort. An excellent room for the money! In addition to the upgraded room, complimentary Starbucks coupons for a beverage and pastry each morning. Dawn also gave me directions to Sushi Pier II; a really good sushi/sports bar with all you can eat sushi for $17.95. Lunch is all you can eat for $12.95! The ramp fees for our Citation Ultra were $85 per night, waviable with each 120 gallons purchased. Overall a great experience.

Flew in from Oregon in our Cessna 340-A Labor Day weekend for the Rib Cook-off. Second time to come over. Jet West is GREAT! One of the better FBO's. Very helpful, polite, and friendly. Cab service to town was very slow to arrive, but that isn't the fault of the FBO. Looking forward to next Labor Day! Thanks!

Last year I flew into Reno and stayed at Mercury (check comments I left last year). This year I stayed at Jet West, what a 180 from last year. I can't say enough great things about Jet West, friendly, fast, courteous, can do attitude on everything. One of the best!

Good service from the lineman. Very good service from Dawn on the front desk, who provided maps to our destination in Reno. Crew car was great, and having it for about 2 1/2 hours was no problem. Least expensive gas on the field, too.

Very nice facilities, together with free cookies in the reception area. Upon arrival I was promptly met by a line service person who directed me to a parking spot on the crowded ramp. Fuel service was prompt and efficient. Surprisingly, this was the cheapest full service 100LL on the field!

I was there on 4/28/07 in our King Air we were promptly greeted. I went inside to check in where I was meet by Dawn working at the front desk. She gave me a heads up that it was her first weekend by herself. You would not have known it she was very professional and treated me great. Hope Dawn stays around she was great.

Initially decided to park at Jet West for the weekend due to fuel price alone as I have a Seneca and don't require all the 'extras' some other folks need. Was really surprised at the offer to take us to our hotel and was given a business card to call to be picked up when we were ready to leave (didn't need a ride back but was happy to have been offered the service). The lineman who gave us the ride to our hotel was very friendly. Certainly appreciative when I paid my bill with my BP card. Fuel prices are high in Reno but the discount and the happy folks made it easier to take. Will definitely go there next trip to Reno.

I used to be afraid to refuel in Reno despite the convenient location between Seattle and Phoenix. The problem was the excessively high cost of fuel. But this time I tried Jet West, and was very satisfied. Fuel is still not a bargain, but it was much more reasonable than on the east side of the airport. Jet West service was prompt, and getting in and out of the FBO was surprisingly easy. Will return.
