We were weathered in here for several days during the Transcontinental Airmail Re-enactment. The staff and townspeople treated us like royalty. Mark and others did more than everything we needed. Highly recommend this for your stop cross-country fuel price was good too. This stop was AAAAA+++++

Wonderful airport to stop at. We were flying 3 antique aircraft from NY-SF including our 1928 Boeing 40 when low ceilings and vis required a stop over. We ended up spending several nights waiting for VFR Wx to head west. We were treated like family and the facility and town was a great experience considering the delay. One of the best stopovers. Great stop enroute to Airventure. Decent fuel price and Internet access!

Stopped overnight at Rochelle enroute to Oshkosh. Rob at Rochelle Municipal Airport went above and beyond the call of duty for us. He stayed late awaiting our arrival, provided us with a courtesy car overnight and then met us there at 6:00am the next day to fuel our plane and see us off even though his normal time is 9:00am. He flat out refused any gratuity. All this service for a Cessna 172 buying about 25 gallons of avgas at $5.00FS. Great place for a fuel stop! Thanks, Rob...
