Burrows now own Western Shore. Stopped there for Oshkosh. Had a dead cylinder on arrival. Troy came out to the ramp, checked my plane and took it to the shop. He fixed the problem overnight. They also have the best restaurant in Sheboygan. Great service.

Stopped for fuel and weather. Needed a car, hotel, gas, food and a raft sent home. The owner and staff handled everything very well and with a smile. Crew car was nice; restaurant (Great food and on the field) was very nice. Busy weekend for a hotel but they found a nice one. Facility very nice and clean. They even put my raft in a box and sent it home. I will go out of my way to stop here again. What a pleasant surprise. Good job guys. Thanks!

Excellent FBO! All the good things I heard were true! Was treated very well even being a Luscombe that only took about 5 gallons of gas. Can't beat the food, and Burrows has opened a pretty impressive gift shop, as well! Definitely a place to return to.

A great FBO, with an energetic, helpful staff. Great line service! This is great town (Sheboygan), with many great restaurants. Aviation Heritage Center next door is a nice place to visit if you like airplane!

WOW! What a great FBO. The staff is wonderful. Fuel prices are some of the best around. The staff helped fill my plane and get it plugged in. Fresh cookies and coffee. Very generous with complimentary H20 and soda. Beautiful facility. I cannot say enough. Check it out. The restaurant is superb for lunch and dinner!!

After landing at SBM this past Saturday, my Son Patrick, a Citation driver called me and told me what a classy operation Burrows is. We are from So. California and we both happened to be flying into the area on business. After landing, we were greeted by Bud. What a great guy! Thanks for the tour and the hospitality! Mindy was great as well. Went to Oshkosh this year. Parked the plane at Sheboygan. The staff at the Burrows FBO could not have treated us better. The line person, Jessie, was very helpful in getting us on our way without delay. Much to our surprise, a fine restaurant was right there in the building with LIVE music. It was quite enjoyable. If you plan to be in the Sheboygan area, stop in and go to the Burrows FBO. They will treat you right!

Stopped in for a sandwich May 10, 2008. Top notch service, fueled my plane while we ate. They were giving self-serve price from the truck that weekend. We thought it was the finest aviation eating experience we ever had. Lots of extras, they aim to please and hit the mark. We'll be back,

I stopped into KSBM for a meeting in Sheboygan. I found Burrows from AirNav and decided to provide my business for the day at Burrows. This was the best decision of the day for me and my Piper Arrow. Burrows staff talks about five star service and they deliver. I had great fuel service, a great tour of the new facility, use of a courtesy car, and a great cheeseburger to go. Hands down, this is the stop at KSBM.

We went to eat at Sheboygan airport last night (Saturday). What a surprise! On the way into the restaurant we noticed linen tablecloths. Next we met the Maitre d he was flamboyant, very personable and did a great job of welcoming! The place was full should be a lot more planes. The menu was as complete as what we saw in Naples, Fl last week. Our waitress was pleasant! Let's get down to what we came for Food! Kathy had filet mignon, off the menu, she likes it to be slightly burnt on the outside and red on the inside, it was done perfectly! I had prime rib, which was the special for the night. It was a very nice prime rib, well seasoned and done just the way I like it! All the while I continued to look out the big window to make sure we were at an airport. I would recommend this restaurant as a great place to treat your wife and for giving you the opportunity to fly over to Sheboygan.

I was part of a group of eight planes and 18 people to visit Burrows today. The food and service was outstanding; one of the best fly-in restaurants we have gone to. They provided transportation to the Kohler Design Center for our whole group! Thank you Burrows.

A rare find. It's always nice to be greeted by a smiling face as you taxi in to park. The smiles don't end there. Service is key and done in a way that makes you want to return. The restaurant is well above the usual airport eatery with an extensive menu and friendly waitstaff. Our Lunchwaffe group flew in on 10/28/07 and 12 folks agreed that we would return frequently.

Like Ken, I came for the fuel, but stayed for the food! This new FBO is going out of its way to cater to visiting pilots, even guys like me from just 25NM away! The food is great! The service exemplary. I hope they can keep it up! Definitely stop here and grab a bite!

Great fuel/food stop. Mr. Burrows who made sure everything was taken care of for us greeted us. The fuel price (100LL) is the best around. We didn't have time to dine at the restaurant however, we ordered a sandwich to go and it was ready within 2 minutes. Complimentary cold drinks, an extremely clean facility and very helpful staff contributed to making this a great stop. I highly recommend Burrow's.

We need a place to stop over on a cross country, so I called ahead to Burrows. Brittany took my information and within minutes she called back, having arranged a superior room at a corporate rate, and offered us the use of a courtesy car. The food was as good as the service, which was the best I have seen in my 20 years of cross-country experience. Mr. Burrows has the formula for a great business.

Flew into KSBM Sat, Sept. 29 for the fuel. Great price $3.79 and a very helpful FBO. A line person came out to lend a hand at the self-serve pump. A person inside helped my wife get a phone number for our destination KSAW. Didn't have time to eat at the restaurant, but my wife picked up a menu and indicated that we need to come back. Of course she'll need to twist my arm to go flying for dinner! Sometimes, life is good. Good luck with the new facilities.

Stopped in to investigate new FBO. Red carpet treatment and tour of facility for 2 Hawk XP drivers before we even mentioned the need for fuel. Definitely coming back for lunch or dinner.

Flew up for a late lunch today. Very nice FBO -- friendly service, well equipped. The Final Approach restaurant is very nice as well -- much nicer than most airport restaurants. Lunch is reasonably priced and very good. Haven't tried dinner yet, but it looks to be a bit pricier. If RWY 3 is in use, you have a great view of the approach end through giant windows along the front of the dining room.

Every Saturday, weather permitting; we fly out of RAC for breakfast. Today we heard of a new place to eat, Final Approach at SBM. We were told they open for breakfast at 9:30 but when we got there the time on the door was 10:00. BUT, the FBO that owns Final Approach, told us to just wait a minute while he and others set us up for breakfast. They opened up 45 minutes early for us, the food was great and the customer service was even greater. I will be flying my wife up for dinner before to long. GREAT JOB BY THIS FBO TO MAKE THE 9 OF US WELCOME!!

I visited SBM on the way to OSH this year with a very thirsty classic jet. The low fuel prices attracted me, but the excellent service, great food, and friendly staff will keep me coming back. Happened to get there toward the tail-end of the lunch hour, but the cook whipped us up sandwiches, and a nice chocolate shake for the road. Definitely going back next time I'm in the area. It's rare than an owner would actually come out to greet us, but Mr. Burrows did. Excellent FBO
