We landed at Scottsdale, AZ last monday and I wish that other FBO's were as good as AirCenter. Our rental cars were brought to the airplane and the line crew were awesome as well as everyone inside. The facilities are fantastic, and fuel wasn't crazy expensive either, worth what you pay for. Thank you.

A first rate experience from arrival to departure. Helped us with our bags, then drove us in their van to our destination, after we asked them to just call a cab. Great lobby (including a Ferrari on display) helps the pax feel ultra-special. On departure, $12/night and a fuel bill that reflected 45 cents/gal cheaper than rate I saw on AirNav. While loading airplane, line pro came up in golf cart with cold bottled water and a free company t-shirt. Never seen that before. I'll be back.

The previous comments about Scottsdale AirCenter had me so concerned I called ahead. I was assured there was no $50 ramp fee for my 182 and no requirement to buy gas and no other hidden charges. True to their word I parked among the heavy iron and was only charged $12 a night. They offered light snacks and water to my passengers, who were impressed with the artwork and plush lobby. They even took advantage of the massage chairs in the pilot's lounge. On our return the AirCenter picked us up from our hotel in Old Scottsdale. My plane was fueled (I just got 20 gallons to get to another airport with cheaper gas) and ready to go. AirCenter was gracious and friendly. They'll be my first choice when I go back for Cactus League ball.
