The FBO was very helpful with after hour’s car rental. If you're getting self-serve, be aware of a VERY slow self-serve pump. It took a long time to fill the airplane before departure. Other than that, nice airport to fly into.

Response from Michael Hammond/Felts Field Aviation, Line Manager, Felts Field Aviation
Our apologies for the slow pump on 23 Jun. A fuse had blown and is now corrected. Thanks for your business.

Three visits in Spokane last month; Felts Aviation had someone assist with tiedowns each trip. Easy access to the ground transportation, reasonable full service fuel.

I called in advance to gather information for what would have been our first visit to Felts. The person on phone was very unfriendly really did not seem to care if we came or not. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but that should never be transferred to the customer. It is astonishing to me how lacking a business can be in the most basic level of customer service, a friendly phone conversation. I decided to go to the international airport instead where XN Air gave us fantastic service and much cheaper Jet A than Felts Field Aviation offered.

Very friendly staff, both over the phone and in person. One employee came out to the plane to greet us. Another arranged a rental car for us. Not the plushest FBO by a long shot, but will happily visit here again!

WOW! Don't try to order catering they can't handle it. All I asked for was three small items for our jet, which came and left in just a few hours. The girl who answered the phone was NOT friendly and told me that I should call the caterer we usually talked to. When I said this is the first time that we'd been into the smaller airport in Spokane she replied with "No its not" How rude? So much for top of the line service at Felts Field Aviation... And after reading previous comments it sounds like they have a cafe on site, how difficult could it possibly be to get Salads?
