I called in advance to gather information for what would have been our first visit to Felts. The person on phone was very unfriendly really did not seem to care if we came or not. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but that should never be transferred to the customer. It is astonishing to me how lacking a business can be in the most basic level of customer service, a friendly phone conversation. I decided to go to the international airport instead where XN Air gave us fantastic service and much cheaper Jet A than Felts Field Aviation offered.

Very friendly staff, both over the phone and in person. One employee came out to the plane to greet us. Another arranged a rental car for us. Not the plushest FBO by a long shot, but will happily visit here again!

WOW! Don't try to order catering they can't handle it. All I asked for was three small items for our jet, which came and left in just a few hours. The girl who answered the phone was NOT friendly and told me that I should call the caterer we usually talked to. When I said this is the first time that we'd been into the smaller airport in Spokane she replied with "No its not" How rude? So much for top of the line service at Felts Field Aviation... And after reading previous comments it sounds like they have a cafe on site, how difficult could it possibly be to get Salads?

Easy to fly in and out of. I parked here and purchased self-serve fuel. They helped with my rental car, and local maps. Ate at the airport cafe & stayed at the BW Pheasant Hill. Good experience, I will use them again.

Holy Cow! Most expensive fuel we found between Portland and Oshkosh! Restaurant is great and we like to stop at the smaller fields, but the self-serve fuel cost was $4.91!

Spent the weekend there on June 8-11 2006. No tie-down fee even though I ended up not buying any fuel. Very friendly. Restaurant in the terminal is good too!

Rundown facilities w/unfriendly employees, I feel "had" at the pump. Fuel is $1.02/gal cheaper at Spokane Intl and they cheerfully pump it for you! So long Felts...

Bought fuel for my Bonanza yesterday 3/27/06. This is the last time I will buy fuel at Felts Field Aviation. I was charged $4.98 a gal. At that price it would pay to go somewhere else, even if it means another stop on a cross country flight.

Customer Service Update: I finally got a response from the Management at Felts Field Aviation. They finally responded, through the Better Business Bureau complaint I filed after I filed a small claims court case. Otherwise they have ignored my numerous phone calls, my standing in their front office waiting for the receptionist to get them on the phone there, one letter in December and a registered letter in January. And what did they say to the BBB? That they were "sorry" that I had made this into a legal matter. What other choice did they give me? I responded to the BBB that Felts Field Aviation has the power to halt the legal action immediately. They can contact me, contact the BBB and communicate through them, or agree to attend the arbitration hearing. I will keep you posted. Best Regards, Jim

I had a very extensive Annual done at their Robinson Authorized Service Center last December to the tune of over $7000.00 on my R-44. They did not do one simple A.D. which they had done at the previous Annual. It ended up coming due in May, but I was unaware that it had not been done since they did not inform me or make note of it. Just received my F.A.A. Violation and $3000 fine. I have made several attempts to contact their management with no response. Feel free to contact me for complete details, otherwise BEWARE!! The owner is responsible for maintainance compliance. The pilot is responsible for making sure the aircraft is airworthy before flying it. The F.A.A. is intolerant of any breaking of the regulations. I trusted the service center to do what was supposed to be done and to keep me informed on my maintenance. They did not get the violation. They got paid and I got the violation and fine. Fly safe!!
