Great customer service at TAC Air in SHV. Chris had us fueled quickly. Jessie gave us a courtesy car and directions for real Cajun seafood. They even moved my Geronimo to a tie down spot when an isolated thunderstorm blew through. Great facility; fantastic service we'll be back!

One of the best FBOs I've ever visited. Great line crew helped my family and me get inside during the rain, then they gave us a 10-minute fuel turn and the desk person got us on our way. They even called ahead to the Amarillo TAC Air facility and arranged a hotel for us after our next leg. Absolutely top notch, and we were just a piston single.

Great place! Stopped in for a quick fuel stop. Had people meet me at the plane even though they had two jets sitting on the ramp. I was just a Piper Warrior. The airport is really easy to get to. The facilities were top notch and everyone was friendly and helpful. They had my plane refueled within 15 minutes of being there. Quick turn and a great place!

This FBO was very nice and we were given terrific service from everyone who worked there. Got directions to all the closest restaurants and had our airplane ready to go when we returned. Fantastic service can't wait for my next visit.

Flew into SHV with 12 other USAF T-6IIs on cross-country and had outstanding service. Crystal was awesome handling all of our party's details and arrangements at the airport and in town. I highly recommend service with TacAir.

I am a frequent customer of TAC Air in SHV. I always make it a point to purchase jet fuel. I stopped on 06-07-2006 for a quick turn and fuel purchase. The temperature was over 90 degrees and the lineman asked me if I wanted a GPU, I said that would be great. I did not think to ask what the charge was as most places do not charge for the GPU when purchasing fuel. When I went to pay I found the charge for the GPU was $75.00! This is the second time I have encountered steep fees without notice. TAC Air personnel should inform customers of the charges when they offer the service. This is especially true for services that most FBO provide at no charge. This facility makes it a point to levy excessive fees without notice. Be careful and ask it will make your visit more enjoyable. As for me I will be using DTN airport in the future, fuel is $2.00 per gallon cheaper and service is much better.

I fly in here once or twice a month. Even though there's no competition, the staff, from the line to the desk, is friendly, professional, and helpful. Top-notch facility.

I received a call from Mr. Wes Williams, General Manager of TAC Air SHV. He indicated the $285.00 uplift charges are new (late December 2005). He said he has implemented a new policy where customer service represenatives will advise pilots of the uplift charges when using contract type fuel cards. He has also promised to give me credit for the charges incurred on the previous two visits. Cannot ask for better resolution than that! Thanks Mr. Williams!

Stopped in Jan 22 and Jan 24 2006. Service was good, paid with UVair contract card. When I received my statement TAC Air had charged me $285.00 per stop for fuel upload. I normally try and purchase fuel when using the FBO facilities. In this case no good deed goes unpunished!
