The personnel provide excellent service and are helpful and courteous. When I was there the coffee was good and they had fresh water with lots of ice! They definitely put a priority on customer service as is evidenced by their response to prior AirNav comments.

Definitely one of the TAC Air's that could use some improvement. This was my personal first time at this airport and FBO. They sell Philips 66 fuel but do not offer Wing Points. The coffee was beyond burned. I asked the CSR if they had bottled water and she said "we only have what is in the vending machine." - there was no water. I always get excited going to TAC Air because they always provide exemplary service, especially at APA, AMA and OMA; this one could use some work though. Especially if they are charging the average Joe $4.69 for Jet-A. The customer service experience (inside) was average. The line workers definitely made the experience better with a red carpet greeting and their timely fueling. Those guys deserve a pat on the back. They were friendly and very courteous.
