Excellent service. Purchased 15 gallons of 100LL and the ramp fee was waived.

What a disappointment. Stopped in for two night stay and got hit with $200 ramp fee and $120 RON parking and all this after we bought gas. Called night before to advise we needed top off and would be departing at 0815. We showed up at 0807 and plane was parked in the back 40. Ramper that took us to plane allowed us to put the bags on the golf cart and also allowed us to remove the chocks. I understand that our Citation does not use as much gas as the NetJets planes that were there, but none of them had cres with them so I guess we were the red headed stepchild. If they had a minimum fuel requirement and it was 100 gals then they cheated us. The ramper said that they did not top if off, but left space in the tanks for expansion. They managed to put 97 gals in. See what I am getting at? Atlantic will NOT be on our future stops, regardless of the airport.

Great experience! ACM had my plane for 3 nights. I purchased 19 gallons of fuel and they waved the $40 landing fee and 2 nights at $20 each.

The "ramp fee" is insulting - I have recently been landing at Reid-Hillview, which is 8 miles away. I don't mind paying for service, but the two FBOs at SJC are flat out greedy, and they make it clear that they want jet traffic, not light twins like mine.

Great FBO. First class treatment for 25 gal of fuel in my little ol Mooney. Not cheap fuel but you get what you pay for. Lineman had car was pulled up to the nose of the Mooney and we were out the gate in a flash. Thank you!

At $5.27/gallon fuel is dear at ACM, but that covers the ramp fee, which covers their cost of doing business on that field. The service was superb. Waved into a ramp spot, and fueled while being whisked to the commercial terminal to pick up an incoming passenger, then back with no delay. Courteous and helpful staff. And the airplane had been turned around for a direct taxi out.

Highest priced gas on the west coast. LAX to Juneau, AK and back. This is gouging pure and simple. The way to stop gougers is to make them eat it.
