  I fly once a year or so into Rectrix North, from Pittsburgh. This year's visit was, once again, excellent, from the advance preparation of rental cars all the way through to departure. Wendy in particular was a big help. Can't wait to visit again!

  I used Rectrrix North for the first time, and I was very pleased with their service orientation and their flexibility. Gretchen was very helpful with the advance arrangements for rental car etc. and several changes to the plan, and Charley Moore was a consummate pro in doing an oil change for me while there. I'll be back!

  I'm a Captain Of a Falcon 2000LXS and I just want to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Renardo Fox. Too often we (pilots) tend to be critical of every slip up we see on the FBO ramp, and seldom express our appreciation for a job well done. Then we run into folks like Renardo - he never fails to meet us with a cheery, happy-to-see-you attitude and his positive attitude and ability to exude a "we can do that" attitude is not only a welcome response, but offers a lesson in dealing with people we can all benefit from. I know the challenges line service are greeted with are as varied as the crews they deal with, but "Fox" has always been ready to help and always with a positive attitude. We are always happy to see him there when we're in town. Please pass our appreciation on to the whole team. Good job all!

  Pilot James Baron's comment on 1 Feb 2016 is exactly what I experienced yesterday. No one in sight, anywhere. We had to maneuver around a Sheriff's department landing pad and tug, a helicopter preparing to take off from the ramp, and maintenance being performed on the ramp. Found a parking spot, chocked my aircraft. We came inside the facility and no one was there except my friend to pick us up. As we were getting into his car, someone opened the front door to see who was leaving. I walked back and it was the FBO employee. I ordered my fuel load for my departure later in the afternoon. I would not visit this location again until I was assured the facility had the same amenities and service that is provided at the main location. Actually, with no more than has been done to upgrade the facility and service since 1 Feb 2016, I wouldn't want my name on the building when comparing it to the main facility.

Hayward, There is no way you experienced the same conditions as 1 Feb 2016. Why? The interior is all new and the outside fascia was replaced. You can certainly dislike us; but c'mon man at least tell the truth. There is an old saying in business Sometimes the best customers are the ones you don't get!
