Executive Beechcraft provided superior service during my overnight stop at Spirit of St Louis Airport. The line guys immediately parked and serviced my aircraft and had the rental car waiting. Noelle Wright was very professional, helpful, and responsive making our FBO experience in St Louis one of my best ever--thanks! I highly recommend Executive Beechcraft!

I was at nearby Lambert Field with a flat tire on my Diamondstar DA40. Chris Faulbaum found the tire, the tube and had a guy on his way in a truck, through a thunderstorm, soon after I called. The maintenance shop on the field at STL is geared for jets, so having a local shop go WAY out of their way to get us back in the air the same day was what we needed. I love Signature, where we were parked at STL, but anytime I am in the St. Louis area I will now land SUS and stay with Executive Beechcraft. (It's a sister company, anyway.) I had a similar experience July 2008 at Kansas City and Executive Beechcraft was great then, too. I was so glad to hear their name mentioned up here.

Noelle Wright, FBO Customer Service, made sure our Bonanza was put in the hangar before a squall line moved over KSUS. Thanks Noelle.

Very helpful, very friendly service. Stopped in for a 5-6 hour run to the mall. Used the courtesy car. Cherokee was fueled and ready when we got back. Great experience.

1/5/8 - 1/6/8 Very pleased with Beechcraft, Arrow was precisely fueled, no overnight parking fee, good facilities. They will take care of you whether you fly Citation Jet or Cherokee. Thanks to Executive Beechcraft at SUS!

Just visited Executive Beechcraft for a short overnight stay in the area, which included some local flying. The service was excellent. The staff was all courteous and took excellent care of my Grumman Tiger. Fuel price was reasonable for the area.

Nice place, but on my recent visit, they screwed up the fueling. I clearly wrote on the fueling card to fill the mains and NOT THE TIP TANKS (on my A36 Bonanza). I don't mind buying expensive gas when getting services, but I don't want to spend an extra $200 I don't need. You guessed it. When I got there, the tips were full of $5.00+ gas. They offered a 25-cent discount on the 74-gallon purchase. So, I spent only $181.50 I didn't plan on. It would be a good idea to stay with your plane when fueling here.

I had the misfortune of losing a generator on our Cheyenne while inbound to KSUS. Jessica who was not only pleasant but also very helpful in setting up hotel and transportation for me greeted us. Jessica contacted Chris Faulbaum for me so we could address the maintenance issue. It was after hours but Chris was more than helpful and understood the situation. Chris had a man on our plane first thing the next day, troubleshot the problem, coordinated with my director of maintenance and had me airborne just prior to the ice storm hitting. Had Chris not been so attentive and compassionate towards the situation the plane and I would have surely been stuck for days in St. Louis. Our customers, myself and all of us at Lowe Aviation are grateful. True professionals are a joy to do business with and all of us look forward to doing business with Executive Beechcraft STL in the future. Thanks for having good folks, from all of us at Lowe Aviation. Billy Budd

I have used both Executive Beechcraft FBO's in Kansas City, and now the one at SUS. Out of the three, SUS is my first choice. I have also used a couple of the other FBO's at SUS. Not only is the FBO first rate in appearance, it is also the only one that has ever honored the AOPA Discount. They advertise $4.50 I paid $4.30/gal for 100+ gallons of 100LL on both of my stops this week. That's cheap for Full Service in the St Louis area. Also called in on the ARINC concerning last minute passenger requests, and all was as should be upon arrival. I will be using them again.

Wow! What great service. Rental car ready and waiting brought right out to plane. Very friendly. No parking fee with gas purchase. It's not every day that a Skylane driver gets this first class service. I'll be back.
