I was headed to Sycamore this morning. Their ramp is closed so ground directed me to the North GA ramp. I was unable to get anyone from Sycamore to answer their radio for fuel or transportation. I had to taxi back to the South ramps to another FBO. I hope that they improve after their new facilities are completed.

Flew into KSUS Sunday Nov. 18, 2007 with my wife who is a nervous co-pilot, and suspicious of my penny pinching ways. Spencer and the crew at Sycamore Air Center made me look good. The fuel truck and our rental car pulled up to the plane before I could get her tied down. My wife was so impressed and commented to everyone how cool it was to have the car waiting for us. Fuel price as stated in AirNav. I anticipate it can only get better when Sycamore's new facilities are open. Keep up the good work.

Great Service! The workers were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. They treat their customers very well, and had the cheapest gas on the field. Looking forward to their new building.
