Short visit to Tuscaloosa to meet with a potential customer. Called in advance and spoke to Lindsey and Danikia who were extremely courteous and helpful. I asked for a small conference room, which Danikia had reserved for me when I arrived. A clean crew car was also available for our use. Only regret is that I was in too big of a hurry to taste one of the complimentary chocolate chip cookies before I left. Very nice FBO.

Flew in for Alabama game and went to Bama Air. Wife was accosted in the lobby for me not paying a ramp fee (which I did not know existed). Dixie Air (across the runway) has no ramp fee and will not try to embarrass you. Avoid Bama Air and go to Dixie Air (I am not from Tuscaloosa and have no personal interest in either FBO)

Flew in for Graduation 2007 and even with a number of planes coming in we were treated well. Staff very friendly and facilities great. See you on our next trip.

We stopped in to Bama Air for a fuel and lunch stop on the way to Destin. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, loaned us a nice crew car and recommended a good place for food. We browsed the antique shops in town after lunch and returned to find our plane ready to go.

Learjet: Popped in for a quick-turn on the 25th. Line crew was ready with fuel truck and GPU standing by. Our passengers were a bit slow, but the ground crew really hustled. Fueling was completed quickly, with ground crew immediately available for our departure – very nicely done.

1/10/2007. Good stop. Friendly staff. Used their courtesy car for lunch at the Cypress Inn. Excellent. I'll be back.

Stopped in for a weekend college reunion visit. Thunderstorms, high winds and hail were forecast for the evening and the staff said that if at all possible they would get me into a hangar. Next day I returned to find the aircraft hangared and topped off. Nice! I did only request "to the tabs, " but figured it best not to worry about it, as the airplane was nice and safe in the hangar all night free of charge! Thanks!

One of the best I've been to! Byron and Stephen were very helpful and professional and were kind enough to let me borrow a headset for one of my passengers. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I flew to TCL on Sunday, 10/9/05. We had no intentions of spending the night, but the wx proved otherwise. The friendly staff of Bama Air set us up with a rental car and was most helpful with suggestions for hotel accommodations. The weather finally broke on Monday morning and we were off to DNL. Once we landed in Georgia, I realized I had left my daily planner in the rental vehicle back at Bama Air. I called the FBO in hopes it was turned in. My planner was returned to me overnight at no charge for shipping. I highly recommend Bama Air if you're trip requires stopping in Tuscaloosa...Southern Hospitality at its finest!
