The staff here is top notch. They booked a hotel room for me at a special discount price cheaper than what I could get it for on my own, let me use the courtesy car overnite, and even offered me the couch when I got socked in due to weather. Very kind and courteous... I think ill use them for my travel agent in the future :) THANKS !!!

Landed at KTIW in our citation10 at Executive Terminal. The FBO owner Garrett Pettingill came out and went way out of his way to accommodate, our customers were handled swiftly. We had a nice Mercedes to drive for a crew car. Arranged hotel with free breakfast coffee papers on our departure etc. We believe Executive Terminal is the premier FBO in Tacoma Seattle area no ramp fees a hangar was even offered and available. The fueler said the owner has family in New York that fly’s on a citation10 with Netjets. We are with citation shares a very good choice here to land at Executive Terminal keep up the good work..

Always concerned about an FBO I haven't visited before. Visited the area on Memorial Day to attend a service in Port Orchard. I parked at Executive Terminal, and the people were very friendly. They let us borrow their crew car to go to the service and lunch. Very friendly FBO, and had fueling completed before our departure. A great experience!

Executive did an AWESOME Job taking care of our needs. Mary was there to marshall us in and rental cars were waiting - next morning at 0-dark-hundred, we had catering, hot coffee, ice, papers and fuel ready to go for an on time departure. GREAT service! Keep up the good work!

Arrived Saturday afternoon 6/21, having pre-arranged for an Enterprise Car at the Executive Terminal. It was parked next to the tie down spot I pulled into. The young lady working the counter, came out to direct me in, confirmed that tie down ropes were out of the way. Then drove the car up to my cargo door. She wanted to confirm that I had used the self-serve pump, as it was less costly than full service. She provided directions and was helpful and pleasant in every way. Class act.

Executive Terminal did not answer unicom, and I had to park myself due to the absence of line personnel. Not too happy.

I recommend Executive Terminal to anyone traveling to TIW. I am taking helicopter flight lessons from Rob at Pacific Air Academy NW, which is located upstairs. From the courteous staff on the flight line to the excellent instruction, Executive Terminal is the place to go while at Tacoma Narrows Airport.

I operate a turbine helicopter and have been using Executive Terminal for a couple years now. They have always been great! Good service and very friendly people. The owner is very personable and frequently asks how they are doing in meeting our needs. The fuel prices are competitive. Unfortunately, I suspect the last comment on AirNav may have come from a disgruntled line service employee who apparently was recently terminated... Probably not upholding their usual standards. TIW is a great place to stop with two fine FBO's and U.S. Customs available on call... Highly recommended.

What a great FBO. Used their web site to find a local hotel (Wesley, 2 thumbs up). I called ahead to see if we could use their crew car overnight to go to the hotel. They said it was being worked on but would make rental car reservations if unable to fix. They fixed it and stood in the rain to welcome us. Very friendly, clean, efficient FBO. Fuel price guaranteed. Will definitely use them again.

Thanks to previous comments we chose Tacoma Narrows for our recent trip to the Northwest and am glad we did. Have used Renton before but was always disappointed - too industrial and nearby suburban sprawl. Tacoma was more like the San Juan Island experience, scenic and woodsy. Only a 30-minute drive to Seattle (don't miss the Flight Museum at Boeing Field) but feels like a world away. Gig Harbor is a jewel, an unexpected find. Wesly Inn-Best Western was great, lodge architecture, reasonable prices, and friendly customer focused owners. Executive staff was great, airport scenic and fun, Enterprise rentals delivered to airport - whole experience exceeded our hopes.

Executive Terminal is awesome! The fuel prices are always lower than the competition and the line guys there are great eye candy! Service is quick and everyone is willing to go the extra mile to help us along our trip.
