The already-obscene $20 landing fee someone else mentioned is now $35. It's a nice facility and they have a nice (and now less-than-gently-used) crew car, but even so, this was ridiculous.

We were on a photo mission in Tallahassee from May 15th to May 17th. Flightline provided extraordinary service and was very accommodating to our needs. Our Enterprise rental car they organized was impeccable also. Excellent FBO! N17386.

Stopped in KTLH to visit family member in the hospital. First class FBO. Clean facility, fantastic staff. The girls at the counter were very courteous. Been in three times to visit always the same. Provided me with very nice crew car every time. Plane fueled and ready. My thanks for a great visit at a tough time.

This airport and its very professional, friendly FBO is always a favorite place to stop. Great staff allowed me a crew car for a quick meeting at the State Capitol Bldg. Thanks!

I stopped in at TLH on business in a Navajo on 2-16-2009. The fees at this airport are much higher than most. At Flightline, for my aircraft it was a $75 fee or I could buy 60 gallons of fuel at $4.70/gallon. I understand the need for fees for a service, but that seems steep for a parking spot and a (delicious) cookie! It would be nice if that kind of thing was posted...But that would be bad for business for Flightline I guess.

Flew into KTLH recently and parked at Flightline. Terrible experience. When I walked into the terminal, I was informed of a $20 landing fee without a top off. I gave them explicit instructions to leave the right wing below the tabs because of a fuel leak around the cap. When I arrived the next morning to depart, there was fuel all over the right side of my airplane. I had to drain 4 gallons of their premium priced fuel from the wing in 25-degree weather. I was delayed nearly an hour solving a problem that could have easily been avoided. The lineman Chris was very helpful, courteous, and apologetic for the mistake. 2 days later the manger called me and offered to make the situation right. She offered me a 20-cent discount (still $2 per gallon over my home airport price) the next time I fueled with them (never mind their overpriced fuel that I had to pour into their sump tank). If I make a mistake in my profession, I have to fix it. Not so with Flightline.

The FBO people were friendly and responsive and took care of our needs. There is a $30.00 "facility" fee that is waived if you buy 30 gallons of fuel or top off. I was flying a Bonanza. I rented a Hertz car through the FBO for 1 day and the initially quoted rental fee of $50.00/day quickly escalated to $84.00/day when all the taxes and fees were added. Nobody ever said the $100 hamburger would be cheap!

Flew in for the FSU/VT game last weekend in a 172 and I could not have had a better experience. We got marshalled to a spot a good bit away from the FBO (to be expected when arriving on gameday) but there was a guy waiting there in a golf cart to take us to the FBO. Free pizza & sodas (gamedays/special occasions only I would suspect) saved us from stopping somewhere for lunch. Very clean facility with excellent flight planning/weather room and internet terminals, and the fresh cookies on departure the next day were a nice touch. All this for less than $5/gal, with no landing or ramp/overnight charges with our top off. I can't recommend this place enough, I will be back.

Nice organization. I showed up in a Cherokee 140 and they treated me like I showed up in a G5. Red carpet and very friendly. Thanks.

Stopped at Flightline to spend the day touring FSU, the Capitol and Florida Natural History Museum. A tailwheel that went flat during taxi after landing was fixed by their excellent maintenance staff while were on our tour. Price of 100LL fuel was reasonable. The FBO building beautifully designed - right down to the faucets in the restrooms. Delicious coffee, lemonade and cookies, a great flight planning room and an upper observation level. Plenty of linemen to help with bags and getting tied down. FYI cab fare to downtown is $20 flat rate each way.

Not only is fuel about $2 gallon higher than nearby, bathrooms are under construction and counter person does not take people in order of appearance at the counter! We'll land elsewhere next time!

Flightline is the BEST. I have visited KTLH and Flightline on more than a few occasions and the service is always FIRST CLASS. The people make it the BEST. The line crew is second to none and has always been there with a rental car (when reserved) when we arrived and had a cold drink and the plane fueled when we departed. The girls inside are as efficient as you'll find. Fuel is very reasonable considering today’s environment and that it's full serve. If passing through it's worth a stop!!

Friendly staff, but: I met up with a friend after flying in and asked for a rental headset for an hour. I was told that they do not rent headsets and that none were available. A staff member (Allison) let my friend borrow hers, though.

Great FBO. Very nicely maintained, pilot's lounge has leather recliners, flat screen television, and pool table. Quite welcome sight after a long flight. Very nice crew car and only expense was ten gallons of gas! Great airport and FBO, plan to return many times.

Arrived at Flightline on 21 December and received the same great service that has been their standard for years. The line crew met me as I taxied onto the ramp and directed me to parking. Not only was the rental car I ordered the day before ready, the CSR even pulled up it to the front door. When I returned to the airport the airplane was fueled exactly as requested and both the fuel and rental car bills were ready in minutes. Other FBO's could take lessons from Flightline.
