OK. I've had enough. This is the 5th time at Falcon. Each time, I pay their handling and ramp fees. And each time end up having to hike out to my aircraft. I don't mind exercise, but with my arms full of bags: enough. Today, the line guy actually passed me in his golf cart on the way to the plane. He was in such a hurry to get out there and move the cones, that I ended dragging 2 suitcases and a backpack across the tarmac. Please, I have no problem moving my stuff. But when you charge me 45 bucks to park a small single piston for 30 hours, I'm gonna gripe. I called the field at 5PM advising that I would be there in 30 minutes, and needed to go right away. I guess my plane is too small for them. I've given these guys enough chances. They've dropped the ball on two rental cars already. Save yourself the bother. Find someplace else, or show up in a jet.

Emailed the address listed on their Web site to try to arrange a fuel/lunch stop. They never responded. Their Web site lists much lower prices than the prices here.

Always had good service in the past, great facility there, but last trip though was a problem. Flew in 10 PM, rented a car from them, got a good rate, returned next day 1 PM, filled airplane tanks with gas, departed. Later I check my credit card statement and find out I am billed 2 days, not 1 day, for the car. Call Falcon Trust, am told its Enterprise's problem, here's the number. Called Enterprise, am told Falcon Trust is the one that who logs what day I left, and I have to call them. Call Falcon Trust back, the staff gal pulls up the date I bought fuel, date I rented car, checks contract, then says she can't do anything without supervisor approval, who is off for the weekend. She said she would try to get her on the cell phone, but, c'mon, this is Bizantine. Anyway, I am antzy about going back and renting a car again further, will try one of the other FBO. In the meantime if I don't see a credit real fast I will have to dispute this on my credit card.

Flew into Tamiami this weekend, we got in a little late at around 11:30-11:45 PM. They stayed open for us (a tiny C172) and made sure that we had reservations for a hotel room near the airport (2 minute drive) and arranged a rental car for a good price. Service was excellent and reliable and the facilities are top notch. I would definitely use them again!

Flew in on a C172 and was treated like it was a Citation. Beautiful facility with full home theatre, great facilities and extremely helpful and friendly personnel.

We make several trips to Miami a year and always use TMB. Now that we have found Falcon Trust we will not use another FBO. Fabulous new facility with amenities for pilots and pax; really nice helpful folks; crew car; rental car on the ramp with the AC on; etc. Etc. Etc. Definitely one of the finest FBO experiences around.

Rachel at FalconTrust has been phenomenal. She has followed through on all my requests, including finding out a local full-service gym, complete with directions and use of their crew car. I'll be using their services on Feb 17 and will report back, but the initial helpfulness has been exceptional.

We visit FalconTust on a regular basis with our company Piper Jetprop DLX. Service and facilities are excellent, especially if long waiting times are involved. When visiting yesterday we had a grounding mechanical problem. Within the hour the airplane was fixed with the help of Raquel, Mary, and the guys from Advanced Aircraft. We'll be back!

Mixed review. Without a doubt the nicest FBO we have ever seen, but who cares how nice the facility is if the plane isn't fueled on time and the line boy doesn't know what he is doing. We called 30 minutes in advance to have our Premier I fueled and were told "no problem". We arrived and the fuel truck was still in front of the plane. I asked the line boy if he was finished and he said he had not started. He then bypassed the single point and tried to fuel in the wing. I stopped him at which point he said that he was new, had no training and no supervision. Needless to say I help with the fueling process. I'll try one of the other FBOs next time.

Visited last weekend in our C90 for our trip to South Beach. Rental car waiting on the ramp; professional and really, really nice line service; wonderful high-tech, comfortable, clean, well-equipped FBO. A-plus all around. This is the only place to use when coming to Miami.

Beware: I was in last week for 2 minutes to get a relative. I was charged $25.00 by the desk person (didn't need fuel as I was only down 8 gal). I called the manager (Emma) today for clarification and was shocked at the attitude on the telephone. I have purchased fuel from them several times in the past and that didn't seem to matter. BTW there are several other FBO's on the field that I will now use where fuel and prices are cheaper and the staff is friendlier.

Nicest FBO facility I have ever seen and fuel was less then advertised. $3.93 for Jet A. Easy to get to downtown Miami from Airport too.

Great place to stop. I came in last minute to see some family with a medical problem. The staff was wonderful, gave me the crew car for nearly 2 hours and was efficient fueling the plane - no ramp fee with 20 gallons of fuel. A beautiful facility, more wonderful staff and a definite place to return to. Thank you.

Went there this past Saturday (June 3, 2006). We had been there many many times. But, on this day we parked our retractable arrow and walk inside. The guy said that will be $25.00 to park. We said we would only be about 20 minutes. $25.00 please. We left and went around to the north side to Reliance. No parking fee, and a great lunch. So if you want to waste $25.00 go to Falcon....

This is truly a beautiful facility with many nice designer touches. It needs to be seen to be fully appreciated. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I'm sure that Falcon Trust gets a substantial amount of repeat business. I know if I am in the area again, I will stop again at Falcon Trust.

Fantastic Facitlity! Flew in people for the Ultra Music Festival very good help securing plane and parking. Had to drop our First Officer off for a bit to pick up people from Fort Myers, he enjoyed watching a movie in the theater. A bit of confusion on departure because they forgot to fuel the plane 2 days earlier. Very good Bilingual staff and would recommend this FBO "Country Club" to anyone who wants an incredible experience!

Impressive facility with a friendly and efficient staff. They were able to handle the large amount of aircraft flying in and out of TMB for NASCAR with ease. If you're flying to Miami then this should be your stop.

After landing I took a tour of the facility and I must say very nice however, I was told there would be a landing fee of around 17.00 and a ramp fee for a 172. We purchased fuel to waive everything and then realized we needed a jump start only to find the lineman forgot to secure the access panel when we got out to the runway.

I made a stop in here for lunch yesterday and was appreciative of the JetA fuel price ($3.10) as most of the FBO's in the area want at least another $1.50 per gallon. Falcon Trust seems to understand that in order to garner repeat business (and comments like mine) they need to charge enough to make a living and not gouge customers. Nice people at the counter and line as well as a crew car to go to a very nice local Cuban restaurant). A very worthwhile FBO to frequent in the Miami area. They've secured out attention and they should yours as well.

WOW!!! This FBO is the destination. They gave us a personal tour, and waited on us hand and foot. Crew car was a new mini-van. Fuel is at a great price. We are planning to have a few friends meet in their planes and stay for the day.

With one call to FalconTrust Air, the receptionist made a confirmed hotel reservation at a nearby hotel and a rental car reservation. Upon arrival, processing through the FBO was efficient, the rental car was there, and the hotel was very nice. On the day of departure, the tanks were topped off before I arrived at the airport, and the line crew helped move luggage to the plane without delay. I look forward to using FalconTrust Air on my next trip to Miami.

Unbelievable! The facility is fantastic. Leather, Marble, Imported Woods and Gold/Brass Fixtures. Visit once and you're a customer for life. Beyond the "clubhouse" are some great people waiting to take care of you any way they can. TMB was a short term base of operations. This FBO made it a home.

I almost want to keep this FBO a secret. Think of the best golf country club house you have ever been in. That's it! Let's see - was it the large screen theatre room? Was it the Sauna? Was it the two pool tables? Was it a fully stocked Library that looks like it was in a Biltmore House? It was the people - ready, willing and able. Visit once. You will love it.

Excellent service. I was impressed by the attentions I received. Gas is at a reasonable price considering fuel cost these days. Good luck on opening day.
