I arrived at FalconTrust Air last friday for 2 hour meeting in a TBM8. I was informed by the girl at the desk that the handling fee would be 135 dollars. The minimum fuel purchase for a reduction was 100 gallons. I could not take that much fuel, so I was forced to pay it. Later in the day I called back to verify that it was not a mistake, and I was told that a supervisor would call on Monday morning to correct the ridiculous ripoff. No phone call. Never again. I called the other 2 FBO's on the field and they both were either 0 handling or 0 with a nominal amount of fuel purchased. I will not go back under any circumstances.

Truly, one of the finest FBOs in the country, if not the best. Outstanding customer care and line service.

Arrived minutes before a heavy rainstorm on Monday afternoon, July 13. They got my luggage and me into a covered cart and into the beautiful Falcon Trust facility in under a minute. The place is gorgeous! Must see it to believe it! The staff is more then just helpful. They will move mountains to accommodate you. Fuel is Miami high but not that bad. They waive the $25 ramp fee with a 20 gal purchase and waived it for me on only a 12-gallon purchase. I cannot say enough good about these people and their FBO. Come try it yourself. You'll feel like visiting royalty!

... Yes, Avgas is expensive here, but: The staff, Nelly in particular, was fantastic! While we were still 1300 miles away in Canada, she negotiated for us a one-week stay in a South Beach Hotel at a good price, found us a good deal on a brand new rental car and made us feel like we were family. Upon arrival, our car was taken to the plane to pick up our luggage and off we were. Everything was fast and efficient. The whole FBO complex is immaculate and lacks for nothing except for one thing; no tie downs are available... From what we could see, their average clients do not need any... They fly large business jets, not C-182... All in all it was a great experience.

I flew down there two days ago for a scuba trip. The service and facilities at Falcon Trust were awesome. I took little less than 20 gallon of 100LL but handling and overnight fee were waived by manager there. Two thumbs up

I stopped by on Dec 29 2008 with a 172 for a lunch date in South Beach. I had called ahead for a crew car, however when I arrived the crew car was out and would not be back for 20 minutes. Although we were not taking any fuel, and the ramp fee is only $25 the lovely young lady behind the desk offered to pay for our taxi rather then have us wait. I did not accept that generous offer and waited for the crew car (15 minutes) I would recommend this outstanding facility to anyone and will make this my standard Miami stop

Flew down there Nov. 28th in the late evening in a Piper Arrow. We took 22 gallons of gas and there was no ramp fee. Got a crew car and drove up to Miami for dinner. The facility is beautiful and the service was outstanding. 100LL prices were great.

Outstanding service. Rampers are very professional and provide you with all your necessities. Where to go Falcons

From Philip Greenspun on 29-Feb-2008
Emailed the address listed on their Web site to try to arrange a fuel/lunch stop. They never responded. Their Web site lists much lower prices than the prices here.

Response from Raquel Farradaz, FalconTrust Air
Mr. Greenspun we sincerely apologize for not replying to your email written to the address listed on our website. Unfortunately at that time, our system was down and we were not receiving any e-mail. Regrettably, it took a little longer to fix the problem than we expected. In reference to the prices, we update our prices in three web sites every week. We are going to make sure that someone else spot checks the websites in order to avoid errors. We also wanted to take this opportunity and invite you back into FalconTrust in order to accommodate you for a fuel and lunch stop at anytime. Please ask for me and I will make sure that your visit will erase the bad feelings that you have about the unanswered e-mail. I guarantee that the stay will be a very pleasant one.

Always had good service in the past, great facility there, but last trip though was a problem. Flew in 10 PM, rented a car from them, got a good rate, returned next day 1 PM, filled airplane tanks with gas, departed. Later I check my credit card statement and find out I am billed 2 days, not 1 day, for the car. Call FalconTrust, am told its Enterprise's problem, here's the number. Called Enterprise, am told FalconTrust is the one that who logs what day I left, and I have to call them. Call FalconTrust back, the staff gal pulls up the date I bought fuel, date I rented car, checks contract, then says she can't do anything without supervisor approval, who is off for the weekend. She said she would try to get her on the cell phone, but, c'mon, this is Bizantine. Anyway, I am antzy about going back and renting a car again further, will try one of the other FBO. In the meantime if I don't see a credit real fast I will have to dispute this on my credit card.

Flew into Tamiami this weekend, we got in a little late at around 11:30-11:45 PM. They stayed open for us (a tiny C172) and made sure that we had reservations for a hotel room near the airport (2 minute drive) and arranged a rental car for a good price. Service was excellent and reliable and the facilities are top notch. I would definitely use them again!

Flew in on a C172 and was treated like it was a Citation. Beautiful facility with full home theatre, great facilities and extremely helpful and friendly personnel.

We make several trips to Miami a year and always use TMB. Now that we have found Falcon Trust we will not use another FBO. Fabulous new facility with amenities for pilots and pax; really nice helpful folks; crew car; rental car on the ramp with the AC on; etc. Etc. Etc. Definitely one of the finest FBO experiences around.

Outstanding!

From Michael Barach on 15-Feb-2007
Rachel at FalconTrust has been phenomenal. She has followed through on all my requests, including finding out a local full-service gym, complete with directions and use of their crew car. I'll be using their services on Feb 17 and will report back, but the initial helpfulness has been exceptional.

We visit FalconTust on a regular basis with our company Piper Jetprop DLX. Service and facilities are excellent, especially if long waiting times are involved. When visiting yesterday we had a grounding mechanical problem. Within the hour the airplane was fixed with the help of Raquel, Mary, and the guys from Advanced Aircraft. We'll be back!

From Carlos Roca on 31-Jan-2007
Mixed review. Without a doubt the nicest FBO we have ever seen, but who cares how nice the facility is if the plane isn't fueled on time and the line boy doesn't know what he is doing. We called 30 minutes in advance to have our Premier I fueled and were told "no problem". We arrived and the fuel truck was still in front of the plane. I asked the line boy if he was finished and he said he had not started. He then bypassed the single point and tried to fuel in the wing. I stopped him at which point he said that he was new, had no training and no supervision. Needless to say I help with the fueling process. I'll try one of the other FBOs next time.
