I flew into TOC in March of 2005. Upon landing I asked a departing aircraft for directions to the FBO via CTAF. I didn't require any services other than getting a coke from the machine. The FBO was open and an old dog that offered plenty of welcome greeted me. I didn't see anyone; I think they were in the maintenance hangar. Neat airport to visit.

The fellows at Foothills were very friendly and helpful with what we thought was a mechanical problem on my plane. Gave us cold water, there is a restroom. I don't think they have fuel right now?

Hanger has new roof, a full machine shop, 3 restrooms and a friendly staff. Only thing I saw in parking lot was an aircraft engine test truck. Internet services, ground transportation and easy access. If Gab Morrow is real and not a competitor he was at the wrong FBO

The shop staff is rude and unaccommodating. Shop appears antiquated and disorderly. Customer parking area full of junk vehicles. There are no customer facilities; there is no flight school. Staff appears more concerned with the Ace side business than customers. 65 year-old building appears leaky and open to vermin. Not recommended.

There is a new ramp area with excellent tie downs. The local folks helped me push my airplane from the pumps to a tie down so I would not have to try a hot start. Nice airport. Price I paid was $3.75 though AirNav has $4.55.

A great little airport in NE Georgia. Great service with a friendly staff. Now with an extended runway!
