Flew into TRM on 9/12/08 and decided to give Signature a try. The line crew was excellent, however, the girl working the desk and handling the rental cars exhibited some of the worst customer service I've seen in years. We won't be back!

Avoid Signature at all costs. During AOPA expo they tried charging people handling fee for the runway parking. They also charged $10.00 to take you back to the plane. Went to Thermal Self Serve instead.

Very pleasant experience here being forced here during AOPA Expo due to KPSP closure. We received helpful assistance on parking and had linemen at our plane to marshall and shuttle us. No parking fee since we bought more than 7 gal of their reasonably priced fuel. Hundreds of planes and very prompt, friendly service. Although we were in a twin, everyone we saw received the same treatment regardless of aircraft type. Great contribution to our Expo experience.
