Based here for a week while flying aerial photography. Easily the cheapest fuel on the field. Great, professional service. First class all the way. Set up our rental car and had it waiting when we landed. Also, great rates with local hotels. Have to be back in the area in a week and this will be my stop. Only con would be the oxygen prices - not Traditions fault. They use a maintenance shop on the field. Would recommend topping off O2 before stopping here. Again - not reflective of the FBO.

We attended the horse show at Thermal this past weekend and flew into JC Regional Airport. The service we received from the friendly people at Tradition was outstanding. They went above and beyond the call of duty, even while extremely busy with a spate of departures, and helped make our trip a very pleasant and stress-free one. The excellent iced tea provided in the main lobby didn't hurt either ;-)

I haven't arrived yet and I'm already impressed. I called to check fuel prices and the next thing I know they're renting me a car. These people are so friendly - I can't wait to get there and see if they're as friendly in person as they are on the phone.

I place this FBO in the top tier of FBO's in the nation. They really act as if they want your return business. Very friendly, and comfortable facility. We only got 20 gal of 100LL, but they served us as if we got 2000 lbs Jet A. Had our rental car on ramp and delivered to aircraft when we shut down. If you want to see something different, there is a Hunter/Jumper Horse show that lasts from Mid Jan to Mid March on the airport boundary. You can see Olympians and World Cup competitors, and is free admission.

Stopped for fuel yesterday (Tuesday) around 5:PM and as always, a most excellent experience! Flight line crew was "on it", the staff inside was very professional and pleasant (the way it should be when you hand over your greenbacks). We were treated just as it appeared the big kerosene burner was sitting next to us! Excellent!

Since first using Tradition Aviation about a year ago, we've stopped there several times in both a Citation and a Diamond Star. It's really nice that they provide the same great service to us in either airplane. With excellent service and lower prices, I can't imagine why any pilot would go elsewhere on the field.

Tradition Aviation is the best! They have very competitive gas prices, nice employees, and they are completely service oriented. They treat GA pilots very well while also accommodating jets, etc. They even shipped my left behind purse overnight to me! We land at Thermal just so we can use their services when in the Palm Springs area.

Tradition's service was pretty good and will return here. Fuel price was very reasonable compared to the other two airports in the Coachella Valley. But KTRM needs a tower in the season...

Great FBO. They are expanding their services each day and are one of the nicest group of operators I have had the pleasure of meeting. I now have a regular trip into the airport one to two times a month for Angel Flight Missions, and they treat me in a C310 or C182 the same as a Gulfstream. Great fuel prices and can't wait to see their new building in the future.

Visited Tradition on 12/22/07 and found the staff, especially Noel who I interacted with, to be especially friendly. They held a crew car for me even though I arrived late. My partner and I flew in our Cessna 182 and were treated just like the fellow parked next to us in his Cessna Citation. This is the only place to go when visiting TRM.

Very nice FBO with Friendly staff. Visited them on 11/27/07 in a C 414. Great fuel price and they let us borrow two crew cars. Will definitely stop here again.

Tradition is very nice. Beautiful facility for a double wide and nice big new hangar. If you ask, they are very flexible and offer discounts on jet fuel at least $1 off per gallon, trying to get closer to the great self serve price on the field...

Carolyn and the others at Tradition make the experience of going in to Thermal much better than before. They are clearly the FBO of choice on the field -- even though they could not offer hangar space when we were there in December. Very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

We used Tradition for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly from the line guys to the girls behind the desk. They had a nice tray of snacks, a comfortable pilot lounge and best of all no ramp fees. Although we didn't need any fuel, their prices are the least expensive on the field. We will be using them should our travels bring us KTRM in the future.
