To update my comment made in April a year ago, I've continued to depend upon TAS as my provider of services for my Cirrus. On a recent trip to Montana, I had a tach probe failure. TAS obtained a replacement and shipped it to me overnight, and it was installed the next morning and the plane safely flown home. Another example of the beyond-the-call-of-duty service TAS provides to their clients. I'm still a big fan!

I was very happy with the service I received on my Cirrus. Very clean and well organized shop. They got me in quickly and resolved several nagging problems that other shops had not been able to handle. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

Opinions, while potentially valuable, lack potency when compared to fact. I will make available to any prospective client of Troutdale Aircraft, that fact. This can be presented in the form of a 50k work order, log book entries, and the actual aircraft that the work was preformed upon. I've owned multiple aircraft, in numerous states, and have yet to find a more competent, safety orientated and professionally run shop than TAS. My aircraft will not see another shop, other than TAS, as my wife, children, and passengers depend upon fact, NOT, opinions. Sincerely, Seneca N252WA, the phone # is in the Vancouver WA. Book.

I couldn't disagree more strongly with Mr. Smith's comment about Troutdale Aircraft Services. I have used them through two Cirrus' over three plus years, and have found them over and over to be highly safety conscious, totally professional, completely open with their methods and procedures, and conscientious about the quality of their work. I've come to rely on the guidance I've received from them, and I consider them to be a valuable resource to me as owner and as pilot.

I must agree with Mr. Cruise, if you use any of the services at this facility, please make sure you double and triple check their work. They are a very unsafe work group and I know this because I have first hand knowledge of the poor work they do. I would recommend not using them at all.
